Description
Welcome to Stott's Landing!! The home features three master suites each with private bathrooms – (one on the main level and the other 2 upstairs each with a private balcony), two additional bedrooms (each with two twin beds) sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. Perfect for the kids!!
The main floor is beautifully furnished featuring hardwood floors, an open floor plan and a gas fireplace in the living room area as well as sliding glass doors opening to the deck that overlooks the pool. Rounding out this floor is a large kitchen with island and our favorite part, the bar!!!
Outside there is a pool as well as bocce ball court. Outdoor shower and garage. Short walk to the beach.

Beautiful home! Fantastic host!
We spent the week of 9/21 at this beautiful home with our 3 adult children, our son in law and our 8 month old grand baby. The house is very spread out with plenty of privacy for each room. It is much bigger than the pictures suggest. A large kitchen and big table to accommodate family meals and games/puzzles. Although the weather was on the chilly side, the pool and hot tub were heated and felt great. The beach is a very short walk across the road. We watched the sun rise every morning from the deck on the roof. Just gorgeous. The hosts Matt and Rachel were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We will definitely look to rent this home again!

Perfect house for multi-generational families
We had a great stay! The house was the perfect size for our large family. There was plenty of space to gather, but also to get away for privacy when needed. The pool is such a great luxury - kids really enjoyed jumping in after the beach. Matt was super accommodating and answered all questions we had quickly. Hope to stay again!

Loveladies Getaway
What a great week we had at this lovely home. Plenty of bedrooms including a first floor bedroom with bath which was perfect for my elderly mom. Matt and Rachel couldnt have been nicer hosts. We loved the pool, the deck area and especially official the bocce ball court. The real hidden gem of this house is the roof deck. Unreal sunrise and sunset views from the roof. Comfy furniture up there and nice lighting too. Great place to play some music, star gaze, and hang out with the family.

Great August Week
The pictures don't do this house justice. We had a lovely week with our family at Matt's house. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival and had everything that we needed. We spent hours in the pool and playing bocce. The beach is just a minute away across the street and the sunsets on the bay are beautiful. Even throughout the difficulty of Covid Matt was quick to respond to any concerns that I had and remained flexible as the situation changed. Would recommend this home without reservation.
