IT'S ALL HERE - WATERFRONT, HEATED POOL, CLOSE TO BEACH, FENCED IN BACKYARD, KING BEDS, BACKYARD PRIVATE DOCK, SHEETS/PILLOWS/TOWELS, AND DOG FRIENDLY!
4 bedroom classic modern. Master and second bedrooms have king beds; two other bedrooms have two sets of twins (there is also a bed gap eliminator in the closet to put the twins together). Sleeper queen in the living room. Heated 50 ft pool; dock for boats, jet skis, and kayaks (and paddle board!), doggie dock; swim in the lagoon or at the life guarded ocean beach (4 minutes). Retractable 14ft awning on south (pool side) of house. Two large tables on deck with umbrellas for outdoor dining. Tennis courts 4 minute walk. Newly installed within last 2 years: quiet and effective Sanyo Air Conditioners in each room, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, two outdoor grills and a griddle, pool heater and chlorinator, new siding, and refinished hardwood floors on first floor. NEW from 2024 season: king bed in master, Breville toaster oven, Keurig pod and pot coffee machine, Henkel knife set, living room furniture, and entire inside of house painted. Dog friendly(and backyard is fenced in). Full Comcast and high-speed internet. Constant breezes and air conditioned. You are welcome to inspect most any Saturday with advanced notice. We supply professional cleaning (to COVID standards), professionally cleaned linens and towels, beach badges, bikes, chairs, and hurricane renter's insurance. New retractable awning on south facing deck.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Spectacular Beach House & Backyard Oasis
Our mini beach getaway couldn't have been more perfect! Will and Felicia's lovely beach house offers everything you can imagine for an easy and enjoyable LBI vacation. The backyard is a true oasis. We swam in the heated lap pool every day. Having direct access to the lagoon was fun and entertaining for crabbing, kayaking, and swimming. We drank our morning coffee on the deck, enjoying the fresh salt air and beautiful backyard scene.
The house is very well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need - plethora of pots, pans, dish ware, utensils, etc...The layout of the home is open and airy. You cannot beat the abundance of sliding glass doors all throughout the bottom level. The master bedroom is very private with an en suite bathroom. My family of 5 adults plus 2-dogs had more than enough room to spread out. The house was very clean as well; especially for allowing dogs. There were no signs of previous dog hair in the home upon arrival. The convenience of having bath towels, bedsheets, and blankets supplied was very nice.
Will and Felicia were excellent hosts with great communication. They really have a gem of a home in Loveladies and I will certainly be renting from them again! This is a 10/10 rental!

Great dog friendly rental a short walk to the beach.
The downstairs is all sliding glass doors allowing a great view of the lagoon. We saw the Surf City fireworks from the back yard which has pool and fire pit on the water. Our dogs were very happy with the fenced back yard.
The house is well equipped. 2 grills plus a griddle outside. Kitchen had every utensil, pan, serving tray etc one could need. Paddle board and 2 kayaks, bikes, beach chairs. 2 refrigerators.
My daughter needed to work a couple days and the ping pong table in the air conditioned garage was a good setup.
The beach is a short walk away. Since the island is narrow at this point, the beach is not crowded. And there is a lifeguard protected area as it’s a public access point.

Charming Waterfront Villa
We enjoyed our stay at 35 Lighthouse Way so much!! The abundance of large sliding glass doors allowed the beautiful ocean breezes to flow through the home and provided for amazing views. Sitting on the dock by the water with our dogs was the perfect end to a great beach day from morning coffee through a sunset glass of wine. The salt water pool was inviting and the deck made for great outdoor living. The home is perfectly appointed in every way with all the charming small details thoughtfully placed throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and several new BBQ grills graced the outdoor deck. The property was equipped for every water activity we could imagine. The hosts were very responsive if needed. It was hard to leave and we are already planning our next visit to 35 Lighthouse Way!
