Description
A quiet and peaceful Long Beach Island vacation getaway awaits you at this stupendous updated bayfront contemporary home. Situated at the end of a quiet lane, our home boasts stunning unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay.
The home features two master suites each with private bathrooms – (one on the main level and another on the second level with its own private deck from which you will enjoy amazing 180 degree bay views), three additional bedrooms (each with two twin beds), one full hall bath and one half bath. The main floor is beautifully furnished and features hardwood floors and wall of sliding glass doors which lead directly on to the main deck which faces Barnegat Bay. A large and newly renovated fully-equipped kitchen completes the main floor and is perfect for entertaining.
Outside is a private heated pool, gas grill, patio furniture and an outdoor shower. A private deep water dock with boat slip is located directly in front of the home for your recreational convenience. There is a swimming ladder for use during summer.
The life-guarded, ocean beach is less than a five-minute walk away. If you don’t want to head to the beach or swim in the bay, cool off and relax in the home’s in-ground pool (heated with weekly maintenance).
The home's amenities include central air conditioning, all modern updated appliances, outdoor shower, outdoor gas grill, washer and dryer, wifi and more.
Tenants must sign owner's addendum attached to lease. This is a dog-friendly home.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted of any kind - NO EXCEPTIONS!

This is a non-smoking home. NO exceptions! If evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind in the home is identified, renter will lose entire security deposit.
The pool open May 24 - September 27, 2025 (10 am), weather dependent. Speak with owner about specifics.
We do not provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows or beach badges.
Dogs considered on a case by case basis. Non-refundable dog fee (if applicable): $400/per dog, 2 dog maximum, must be pre-approved by owner. Completion and return of owner's dog addendum required.
Seasonal, fall and long term renters are welcome.

VERY HAPPY!
For our 25th wedding anniversary, we wanted to get a house for 3 weeks with our dog, on the bay as I love to kayak, with a pool as my wife loves swimming, with lots of rooms to accommodate our family and friends. In some ways, we didn't think we could find such a house, but we SCORED and then some with this house. Absolutely loved the house and the location and we were lucky as we got 3 weeks, overall, of great weather. A phenomenal covered deck just looking out at the bay is where I spent most of the time. The bedrooms had plenty of space and good layouts, particularly when our kids had their friends visit. Great kitchen too, which helped with the hosting that we did. In summary, a great house and time! Thank you Suzanne!

Truly resotorative vacation!
Great house with room for together activities as well as privacy. Fantastic sunset views. Easy walk to the beach. Close to good restaurants, but so well equipped no need to go out! Floated in the pool, read on the deck, bird watched, saw a turtle, played cards, cooked dinner, slept well! Mattress in the upstairs queen is particularly comfortable: my back doesn't hurt at all! Thinking about getting it for my house!
