The Bayside Retreat, a reverse contemporary, has everything you need for a perfect seashore vacation including an in-ground heated pool with weekly maintenance! The home's first floor features a cozy family room, a large outside deck, junior master suite with a private full bath, two additional bedrooms (each with two twin beds) and a full hall bath.

The upper-level open floor plan includes a large, fully equipped kitchen (all new stainless steel appliances-2022), the living room and dining room all with cathedral ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. A screened-in porch directly off of the kitchen is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or snack. Ample seating in the living room make it a perfect gathering place, a comfy spot to read a book or take a mid-day nap. A large master suite with a private bathroom as well as a hall powder room complete the upper level's indoor space.

Designed so that everyone can come together or escape to have privacy, this home is perfect for your family getaway or a multigenerational family vacation.

The life-guarded ocean beach is a short five minute walk away with deeded beach access across the street. Long Beach Island Arts Foundation is a few blocks to the south and offers children's day camp, yoga, exercise classes, tennis, art classes and more activities for all ages.

Please ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property. Trip cancellation/interruption insurance not provided by owner, but is highly recommended.

This is a non-smoking home. NO exceptions! If evidence of smoking in the home is identified, renter will lose entire security deposit.

The pool open May 30 - October 1, 2022, weather dependent. Speak with owner about specifics.
$20 rental application processing fee.

We do not provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows or beach badges.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis. Non-refundable dog fee (if applicable): $300/per dog, 2 dog maximum, must be pre-approved by owner. Completion and return of ownner's dog addendum required.

Our family’s FAVORITE getaway!

Our stay was nothing short of incredible…as always! This was our second year staying at one of Suzanne’s rentals (we chose the same home both years) and we are always so sad when it comes time to leave! Upon our arrival, the home was spotless and you could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen is stocked with more than just the basics which is very convenient, especially since we’re utilizing the kitchen to cook nearly every meal while we’re there! The pool and pool area is well taken care of - the pool being heated is a great added bonus! The decks are our family’s favorite spots to put our feet up, relax, and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The rooftop is that much better to enjoy the views!! The home is located on a private street, made up of other renters and home owners - both of whom are lovely neighbors and very friendly. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the home and feels extremely private. Within a few miles of the home (we typically walk the distance) is a great coffee shop and an incredible seafood takeout spot. Suzanne is extremely responsive with any questions we’ve had before and/or during our stay which is so appreciated. Although we have only ever stayed in one of Suzanne’s rentals so far, I am confident in saying you could not go wrong renting any of her properties. We would (and have!) recommend any of Suzanne’s rentals to a group looking for a relaxing getaway. Cannot say enough great things about this home and our stay!

Amazing stay!

Just returned from a great vacation at this wonderful home in Loveladies! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Decorated beachy and comfortable. Decks were amazing - big deck on roof was our favorite! Dog loved covered deck below. Pool was an added bonus for the kids after a day at the beach! Beach was practically empty entire week. Definitely the quieter side of the island, but that was our preference. Owner & realtor were great to work with. Hope to enjoy a stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

The location is close to the beach and bay, making for excellent sun rises over the ocean and sunsets over the bay. The house is spacious and the pool is great. Great house for kids! The owner is always attentive to making sure guests have a great visit. Would recommend!!!!

Home away from Home

Your house was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children. Suzanne was so responsive and easy to reach throughout the rental process and beyond. Scott, the property manager was just fantastic about helping out with any minor questions or issues we had. The house is on the bay side of the Boulevard but the island is narrow here so it is a really short walk to the beach. The beach is very quiet during the week up here which we loved. The pool was an added bonus for the water lovers in the family. And our pup really enjoyed being with the family! Kitchen was well outfitted and the beds were comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more. We had a very restful 2 weeks vacation, and we are looking forward to returning next year! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home and keeping it in tip-top shape.

Gorgeous home!

We had such an amazing stay here! The location is great, the house itself is beautiful, and Suzanne was lovely and gracious. The walk to the beach was short and the pool outside was an added bonus. Our whole family enjoyed the trip and are so grateful to have found this house. Thank you again!
