Prior owner used a wheelchair. No access to den because of steps. Easy access to rear deck facing water.
Three low steps in front. But not considered wheelchair accessible.
Great functional kitchen. Nice long waterfront. Quiet cul de sac and a short walk to beach. Glad we came.

What a lovely week we spent at this very comfortable home! It provided enjoyment for my sisters and me, our parents in their early 80s and our young adult children who came from several different directions for this summer reunion. The single floor layout was great for grandma. The young folks enjoyed cooking, watching soccer on the big screen in the den, bike riding and floating on tubes in the lagoon. A three block walk to the beautiful ocean beach is hard to beat. The owner is charming, easy to work with and responsive to questions and concerns.

Perfect for our big family! This is our go-to rental every summer. Great spot on the lagoon with wonderful views from the deck and hot tub. Also ideal for folks who like to cook - a nice big kitchen and grill out back. Short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

I have been coming to LBI my whole life (I am 39 years old). I now bring my husband and 3 kids all the way from Las Vegas. We have stayed in this house every summer for the past 7 years. We love that it is on the end of quiet cul de sac, our kids are safe bike riding. We love that it is a one story house with tile floors, it is early to sweep up any sand from the beach. Speaking of beach, it is a short, 10 min walk to the beach (my 3 year old does it no problem). The beaches on this part of LBI are wide open and quiet with great lifeguards on duty.
The house sits on a quiet part of the bay. My kids love swimming in the bay and crabbing off the dock. The back porch is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise or a drink at the end of the day.
The house is always clean and well kept. The owners are so friendly and warm. They don't mind us using their sand toys or beach chairs. The are tons of VHS tapes of classic movies that my kids look forward to watching every summer. This house is a gem, you will not be disappointed. its a true "shore house"

Last summer, my family and I stayed at this house and had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful. It is right on the lagoon with easy access to the beach - making for the perfect mix of ocean and bay. The layout of the house makes for very comfortable sleeping conditions with lots of guests, and the open kitchen allows everyone to center around the living room/kitchen for food and lots of good times. The town of Lovelies is adorable and has easy access to both Barnegat Light and Harvey Ceders without the commotion of those places. From the house, you can walk, run or bike right out to Long Island Boulevard, which is a great place for exercise and people watching. I would absolutely stay here again!

I have been coming to LBI since I was a child growing up Philadelphia and I love it so much that now I bring my husband and 3 kids all the way from Las Vegas to enjoy the beautiful beaches and peaceful atmosphere that LBI offers. We have stayed in this house every summer for the past 7 years. We love that it's on the end of quiet cul de sac, which allows our kids to play and ride their bikes safely away from traffic. We love that it's a one story house with tile floors, making it is easy to sweep up sand from the beach. The short walk to the beach also makes it easy to bring my three children with as little stress as possible (my 3 year old does the walk with no problem). The beaches on this part of LBI are wide open and quiet with great lifeguards on duty.
One thing that makes this place special is the lagoon. My kids love swimming and crabbing right off the dock. The back porch is a relaxing place to have your morning coffee or drink at the end of the day and watch the sunset. There are tons of classic movies in the family room that my kids look forward to watching every summer. This house is a gem, you will not be disappointed. It's a true "shore house"
