Description
Your own private resort. 4 Bedrooms, 2 full and one half bathroom, sleeps up to 10. Plenty of off street parking for 4 cars or more.
Situated on a bayside private lane, the house has a heated pool with a waterfall and separate hot tub. The house sleeps up to 10 guests. The first floor includes a 2 story living room, with a Smart TV, dining room with seating for 6, a brand new and fully equipped kitchen with a large island, two bedrooms, a laundry, and a half bath. The main bedroom has a king bed with ample closet space and an attached bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and ample closet space. This level contains a 3 season room with another seating area, smart TV and dining for 4. There is another large deck off the main living area with bay views from the dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the comfortable seating area can seat up to 7.
The second floor has volume, vaulted ceilings and is topped off with an over-sized skylight that lets in beautiful natural light. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a full bath and an additional indoor seating area with a full size sofa bed and access to a large deck. From this deck gaze at both the ocean and the bay while enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails in the 4 person seating area.
The ground level is newly landscaped. The pool area is fully fenced with landscape lighting and irrigated gardens. The salt water pool is heated with many seating options both in and around the pool. There is a covered area with a table and chairs as well as bar area. A Weber grill is located on a covered porch. The garage contains a ping pong table and pool accessories for your use. The pool area has 4 lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas and 4 Adirondack chairs. At the rear of the property are a hot tub, clothesline and outdoor shower with a changing room. Included in the rental are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 6 beach badges and a beach cart. There are 2 kayaks, 2 bikes and 3 standup paddles boards available if requested.
My home is professionally cleaned before each stay. Beach towels, bath towels and bed linens are in the house for your convenience. Please launder before departing. Should you not wish to launder all linens a $200 laundry fee will be charged. Paper products, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent are supplied as well.

Fabulous Beach Week in Loveladies!
Just returned from a fabulous week at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable, newly renovated beach house in Loveladies, on the quieter end of LBI. The pool and hot tube were awesome options when we weren't on the beach. Outdoor shower was also nice to have but 2 indoor showers are available. Separate A/C units in the 2 upper bedrooms, in addition to central air and ceiling fans, made everyone temperature-happy. Teenagers enjoyed TV watching in the screened in porch at night. Plenty of space and possibilities for dining/hanging "at home" when we didn't go out to eat. Other plusses- games, bikes, ping pong, Kadima, beach chairs, towels and beach cart, etc allowed us to pack less from home! THANKS for a WONDERFUL WEEK and Happy Memories!

GREAT FAMILY SPOT
Really nice spot for our family’s one week stay- wish we could have stayed longer. Clean, spacious easy bike to beach, food and Barnegat Light spots. Loved the pool and hot tub, and being able to use ping pong table and boogie boards. Owner extremely responsive to any questions. Despite being right off boulevard it was very quiet at night. We have been renting in Loveladies for 4 years and this place was our favorite.

family vacation
just had a amazing family vacation everything in the house was perfect. The pool was just the right size our grandchildren loved coming the beach using the outdoor shower and jumping in the pool.
Just had a amazing family vacation this house is perfect. Our grandchildren could of lived in the pool it was perfect after a day at the beach. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast on the deck.Could use a new bbq looking forward to renting again next year
