2 prime weeks available 7/27-8/3 and 8/10/24 -8/17/24 Bayfront,,5 bedroom (1 king, 4 queen) --- 2 Bathroom --- Located on the Bay with a Private dock, no boat slip. bay access perfect for swimming, stand up paddle board and kayaking.--- Ample room for 2 families. 2 Short Blocks to the Guarded Beach with a traffic light at the boulevard. --- Pizza Shop, Seafood Restaurant, and Local Art Shop at the Corner. Enjoy nightly sunsets from the deck . You can fish and crab right from the dock. The deck has ample seating with a large picnic table that seats 12. Our house has a large open area to relax with seating at the table for eight. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and seating for 4 at the counter. New flooring throughout the house. First floor includes TV room with sectional sofa, queen size bedroom. living, dining and kitchen area. First floor bathroom is tiled with walk in shower and hand held shower. Second floor include 4 bedrooms and bathroom with tub /shower combination.
About the Owners. Four families own this house which include 4 sisters, their husbands and families. Our parents bought this home in 1971. We have been coming down LBI every summer and when our parents have passed away we wanted to continue this tradition with our families. There have been many changes to our home throughout the years and we recently renovated the last year. we look forward to sharing our bayviews with you!

Policies
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be in writing. 25% of the deposit will be forfeited if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If the property is not re-rented for the full amount, the entirety of the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds will not be given in the event of inclement weather, including hurricanes, or in light of other circumstances outside the control of the owner.

Best sunsets ever
If you want to relax and enjoy the beach and the bay and have an awesome time, then this is the beach house for you .
The views are spectacular. From the time you wake up till the time you go to sleep the incredible views never disappoint.
So close to the beach, restaurants and shops, yet far enough away to feel like a get away .
Can’t wait to go back.
