Pride of Ownership
This house was very well taken care of - clean and organized with newer furniture. The outdoor space was better than expected as well. With an excellent location near a lot of fun things to do and an owner as responsive as Matt, you can't go wrong. My only complaint is the rental prices are insane but that is the entire island!

Amazing stay!
I rented this house in August with my family and it was an absolute pleasure! The house was adorable and the owners were wonderful! They were on top of all our needs from day 1! It was such an easy process to rent from them from start to finish. There were no issues at all! My family and I created a lot of great memories and would highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed.
It was very clean, updated, great location and a very short walk to the beach! Great times!

Perfect Beach House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, well maintained and a great location on the island. Very short walk to beach, great location for kids with ice cream and mini golf within walking distance! Matt was an excellent host, easy to work with and responsive! Highly recommend this house!!

Fun with the kids and grand kids
107 East 29th street In Ship Bottom Was a wonderful rental For our entire family Including kids and grand Kids.
The house was well appointed with an open kitchen and living room area As well as 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kids loved their bedroom with 4 single beds.
We loved the fire pit every night but we had difficulty with the streaming tv,we are used to cable
We were only 8 houses from the beach and across the street from Ferrerras bakery which makes the best jelly donuts.
We loved the beach but it was so wide and the sand replenishments formed big cliffs which made it difficult to get in and out of the ocean.
All in all, we had a great time especially when we went to the great restaurants on LBI...Shipbottom Shellfish, The Chicken or the Egg,California pizza,.And don't forget the kids wanted ice cream and to play minigolf.A vacation that we will always rember!

The hosts were incredibly helpful in answering our many questions and were so gracious in what was provided with the house and even left us welcome snacks/gifts - so thoughtful! The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with small children. The fenced yard kept our kiddos safe and the beach was such a quick walk, we easily went back and forth. House was also updated and VERY clean!

LBI Weekend
I recently stayed at this property for a long weekend with a group of girlfriends, and would like to say we could not be more pleased and thankful that we chose this home. Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, so close to the beach (just a few steps away!), great backyard, amazing upstairs deck with large seating area, and nice bonus outdoor shower. The inside of the home is beautiful! Just as pictured, if not better. Very spacious, very clean, and cutely decorated with coastal decor. The kitchen had everything that we needed for the weekend. The home owner is very helpful and quick to respond. I could not think of one single negative of this home. If I am ever renting in LBI again, I would without a doubt rent again!
