Description
Sleeps 12 to 14 with one king bed, two queen beds, triple bunk beds, 1 twin bed, full size futon, and 2 rollaway beds (Magnolia Room). The 5th bedroom is a bedroom/office which features bunk beds and a futon off the master bedroom area with pocket door. This also is an excellent place for a crib/toddler bed . The 5th bedroom/office is only accessible thru the master bedroom. The lower level features an open main living room with two bedrooms (one ensuite), each of which have access to the back deck, two full bathrooms, and laundry. Upper level includes a vaulted ceiling entertainment area with wet bar, master bedroom, office, guest suite, one full bathroom (Jack and Jill), and one half bath. Multiple flat screen TVs with television and high speed internet are throughout the home.
The outdoor space is unbelievable with decks everywhere, high end patio furniture, a professional outdoor kitchen, in-ground fiberglass pool,dressing/bathroom off pool area, and an overflow pool to enjoy! Off the pool area is the "Magnolia Room" inspired by Joanna Gaines, and a personal fitness area which features free weights, exercise videos (Beach Body), stationary bike, chin-up bar and a power tower. Enjoy sitting in the Magnolia Room off the pool area drinking your morning coffee from the coffee bar sitting by the fireplace on those chilly mornings.
What I absolutely LOVE about the area is there are so many fun things to enjoy just a short walk away : Hartland Golf & Arcade, Uncle Louie G's ice cream, Shipbottom Shellfish, Joe Pops Shore Bar, SUGAR KINGDOM,Russo's Italian Restaurant & Ice Cream, Dune 18 Restaurant. DADDY O's Rooftop Bar, SUNSATIONS shopping, Sand Trap Golf, Dollar Store, Bageleddi's, The Arlington, Faria's Surf Shop, Jet Ski Rentals at the marina right down the street and more!

Security deposit refundable within 10 days
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 21 days prior to arrival.
