Long Beach Island is the hotspot of the Jersey Shore. There are activities for all ages. It can be a very relaxing vacation or you can have plenty of excitement!
LBI is only a short drive from NYC, NJ and PA. Come enjoy a house to call your own for a family vacation.
Enjoy the sun all day on the upstairs deck and enjoy listening to the waves at night. We are located just 8 houses to the beach. No crossing a busy boulevard to get to the beach! Hassle free!! We have 8 beach chairs and two umbrella. We provide 10 beach badges (8 adults and 2 senior), children under the age of 12 are not required to have a badge. We ask that you bring your Linens, and towels.
We are conveniently located only 4 blocks from the nearest supermarket (Acme) and only two blocks from Skipper Dipper Ice Cream!
Long Beach Island has a lot of activities for all ages including renting jet skis, going to Fantasy Island (waterpark), enjoying mini golf, and relaxing on the beach.
The home is owned and provided by our family for your family to enjoy! It is brand new construction completed June 2020.
Long Beach Island is the perfect location for your next family vacation. With just a few steps, the beach is at your convenience. Your vacation will be perfect for all ages and all times of the day.

Awesome Home in a great location!
We have stayed in this home for a week over the last two summers. It has been a wonderful experience. The home is gorgeous, clean, spacious, stocked with everything you could need and a short walk to the beach, ice cream and even the Acme grocery store. The owners are lovely, responsive and easy to work with. Great vacation home for a large family :)

Another memorable stay
This is our 3rd year staying at Marlene’s 7 bedroom home for our annual family LBI vacation. The home is beautifully maintained, updated and all the bedrooms are spacious. Marlene ensures the home is cleaned and ready for us upon our arrival. With it being a short distance to the beach and skipper dipper it is ideal for our family with younger children. The ACME is walking distance as well which makes quick grocery trips a breeze. We enjoy all the amenities, elevator, outdoor shower, multiple decks for relaxing including a beautiful roof top deck with plenty of seating. We would recommend this home away from home to anyone! We are looking forward to our future stays at Marlene’s.

Wonderful Oceanside Rental
Our family rented the entire home, all 7 bedrooms, and it was a delight. We underestimated how much of a luxury the additional kitchen space, fridge, beverage fridge, and two grills would be! In addition to the use of the elevator for moving in and out of the home!
The home allowed our large group (with 10 kids age 6 and under!!!) to spread out, sleep well, and have plenty of room in each bedroom for pack n'plays.
Additionally, with most of the bedrooms being on another level it allow the babies to sleep well away from the adults who stayed up enjoying the space at night! The house offered a ton of options from a covered porch (which we used on a misty night), a rooftop deck that was plenty spacious with views of the bridge and all the way to Fantasy Island (and the bay and ocean), and a lower covered porch and stone backyard.
The owner was more than accomodating and helpful throughout our stay and I would highly, highly recommend staying at this home. We will certainly be back!

Excellent!
We just returned from a recent stay at this home and found the experience to be excellent. The home is like new and in great condition. It very comfortably fit our four families across the three floors. The elevator was very handy - a must even - in coming in and out and upon move in / move out. My favorite aspect of the house was the many porches and spectacular roof deck with ocean and bay views. Finding space for sun / shade / breeze / group meals / TV shows / games / privacy was never a problem given the spectacular layout both indoors and out. Location is fantastic with mini golf near by and ACME and ice cream within walking / 3 blocks. Also the owner was great throughout the process from beginning to end - always kind and responsive on logistics and queries. Great week enjoyed by our family - many thanks!

Wow!
We rented the top two floors of this amazing home for our two families (total of 8 people) and had more than enough space. Everything was sparkling new and clean and the views from the multiple decks were to die for. The best part of this rental was dealing with the amazing owners. So accommodating and friendly. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend!

Amazing
I was so fortunate this summer to be the first to rent this beautiful home. I was trying to find something for my family and almost gave up until this hit the market and I hit the jackpot. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owners throughout their construction and I know first hand that every detail was taken care of. They built an absolutely beautiful vacation home that is not only stylish but full of love! I am a realtor by profession and very picky. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is great, the layout of the home, the responsiveness of the owners to all my needs! Who could ask for more! I can't wait to go back! Fantastic home in every way!

Oceanside Beach House 90th E Sand Dune
We had a lovely stay at this family friendly beach house. Love the backyard and the deck. Lots of personal family touches to the home. Easy access to beach. Very close. Comfortable living room and kitchen faces the living room so you can talk to everyone while cooking!
