Policies
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival will receive NO refund for any reason. We strongly encourage Occupant to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the Occupant’s investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events such as (but not limited to): earthquakes, fires, flood, death, illness, injury, travel restrictions/bans, border closures, grounded flights, civil unrest, protests, pandemics, war and terrorism. If the Occupant cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The Owners will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, Occupant will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus any fees accrued to re-list and rebook the property. If the Property cannot be rebooked with a replacement reservation for the same time period, The Owners shall be entitled to retain the booking TOTAL to cover any expense, loss or damage that The Owners may suffer because of Occupant’s default hereunder.

perfect beach week!
My husband and I enjoyed hosting our family throughout the week at this beautiful beach house!! The location was perfect, the house is in great condition and very clean, and the outdoor space was exceptional! We appreciated the kid-friendly aspects of the house, including the kitchenware, shelves of games, and outdoor toys. We are so glad we chose this house and hope to be back again!!

Charming Classic Cape
Such a beautiful, well cared for, updated and comfortable classic cape, perfectly located. We enjoyed everything about this home, including many mornings outside enjoying coffee or evenings gathered around the outdoor table. This home was immaculately clean and all of the beds were very comfortable. It is such an inviting home that it really did feel like home away from home. We look forward to returning.

We Couldn’t have asked for a better week and house. The location was absolutely perfect and it was beyond clean and updated. Perfect for families! We hope to make it an annual tradition!

Amazing Week in LBI
Perfect house for our family of 5! This home had every amenity and was so well stocked and clean! The location is in the ❤️Of LBI. Perfect for walking to ocean daily & Skipper Dipper! Bike ride away from restaurants and shops and a quick drive around the island!!! We will definitely return to this hidden gem! Thank you fir an amazing week!

Great stay - nice property
We love this area, very central to do a variety of activities. The house looks dated from the exterior, but don't be fooled - inside everything was updated. New appliances, new flooring, fresh paint, etc. Very pleased that many of the "little things" were included - beach badged, chairs, hand soap and so on. Will absolutely look to rent this house again.
