Description
1 king, 1 queen, 4 bunk beds, 2 singles. Washer and dryer in garage and on the first floor. 2 family rooms, 7 Roku TV's. Lots of outdoor lounge chairs, tables and chairs. Two grills. Beautiful landscaping, huge outdoor shower with two shower heads and two hand held shower heads. Man Room in garage!!! Roof top deck with lounge chairs and couches. Haven Beach is a very desirable section of Long Beach Island. It's a narrow part of the island, therefore allowing for both bay and ocean views from the house. This is not just a rental property, it is our home!!! My children grew up during the summers in this home. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. And treat it as lovingly as we do.
SEPTEMBER WEEKS ( certain later weeks will be less money ). ***** depending on when the pool and hot tub are closed for the season. Please send an inquiry if you are interested in September!!! Its a beautiful time to be at the beach. The weather is still great and the crowds have gone home!!!!!
Linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant.
2023 RENOVATIONS: 2 bathrooms, new carpet in all bedrooms, laminate flooring in middle floor family room, new furniture, new HVAC system and some other smaller updates

Perfect!
This house was perfect! The location was great a few houses away from the beach and a little further from the bay with great views of both. The house itself was bright super clean and very spacious. We loved having dinner on the deck, stting up on the rooftop deck looking over the ocean and viewing sunset over the bay, swimming in the heated pool and spending time chilling in the hot tub. The short walk to the beach was super convenient for going back-and-forth. The bathroom off the garage was perfect for our trips home from the beach and when we were out in the pool or hot tub. We loved the open living room- kitchen -dining area as well as the spacious bedrooms and good size bathrooms. The owner was so helpful, very pleasant to deal with and always available for answering questions. Most important to me was how clean the house was and how bright and open with all the amenities you could ever need. Perfect house to stay with a big family or even two families. We made some great memories! Thank you Kirsten!

Perfect vacation
The house was absolutely perfect! The best house we have ever rented! The pool and jacuzzi finished our day and night every day! It was close to walk to the beach and around the corner from one of our favorite restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We spent almost every day in the back yard enjoying the house . It was by far the most relaxing vacation we have had! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We look forward to renting next year!

Great week in this house
My family and I truly enjoyed this comfortable and spacious home a short block from a very uncrowded beach in a fabulous location. Another short walk in the opposite direction brought us to a cute little business center with restaurants and boutiques, and the much busier Beach Haven was a short bike ride away. Beds were comfy, plenty of space, super well appointed, and the pool and jacuzzi were icing on the cake. Backyard VERY private. The owner is easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied repeat renter
As usual our family had an awesome vacation at this beautiful, well equipped house. Location is amazing. Close to the beach, Jersey girls for breakfast and lunch and Blue Water Cafe for any meal. The pool and hot tub are such an amazing amenities to have at the beach. Kirsten is a great host. Nothing is ever a problem. Counting down the days until we return next summer!!!

Great Family Vacation!
We had a great time in LBI this year! We are a family of 8 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby and we had plenty of room. The beach was a quick walk so it was easy to go back and forth. Beautiful landscaping in front of house and a great backyard to hang out in.
Friday to Friday rental was another great plus for us. Not too much traffic going, and none at all going home.
Nice quiet area, a few restaurants and shops nearby.

Family Fun at 11200
My family recently rented Kirsten’s home at 11200 Beach Ave, we had a terrific week. The home is beautiful, location is outstanding and working with Kirsten was really easy. Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly in the home, the pool and jacuzzi are a great add on to your week at the beach. We look forward to our next rental week down in Beach Haven.

Perfect Beach House!
This was the perfect beach house for a family vacation. Just steps to the beach, private, but in the heart of LBI, beautifully decorated, and amazing views from the top deck. Would highly recommend and hope to return next year!

Greatest Vacation
Our vacation was 7/20-7/27. Friday to Friday is great. No traffic at all. This beautiful house has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, two sets of washer and dryers, the pool and hot tub are nice and relaxing after the beach. The views from the rooftop deck are amazing. Great location!! Walk to Jersey Girls for great breakfast and lunch and Blue Water Cafe for any meal. We can't wait to return!!
