Plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday, fun water sports, and fishing trips from the private dock and kayak launch. Barnegat Light has wonderful, spacious ocean beaches - the widest on LBI - and Barnegat Bay Beach is great for young children (and sunsets!). Both have lifeguards. The quiet State Park beach is a 15 min walk, and looks over to the Barnegat lighthouse.
Barnegat Light has several great dining options 5 min away, or pick up fresh fish from Viking Village!
The Barnegat lighthouse is 5 min away - climb the stairs for an amazing view or take a walk along the side of the Barnegat Inlet, then visit one of the restaurants, museum, or shops. LBI Foundation is 5 min away
For water sports and fishing, there is quick access to the bay and the ocean through Barnegat Inlet direct from the 30 ft dock. There is a public boat ramp 4 min away, as well as gas and pump out facilities and full service marinas.
The house has five bedrooms (two with King beds, one with a Queen bed, one with two doubles, and one with a twin and a trundle. All rooms have TVs and are air conditioned with zone mini split air conditioning, with independent controls for each room. Spacious sitting room, dining area, and kitchen. There is plenty of room for dining and relaxing outside, with tables, chairs, and loungers. There is a shed with boats, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a beach cart for your enjoyment. There is an outdoor shower, with plenty of space.
Rental is available year round: great for fishing trips and enjoying the many wonderful beaches in the off season as well as in the summer. Short walk to quiet State Park beach looking over to the Barnegat lighthouse, the Barnegat Light Bay Beach, and the Barnegat Light Ocean beach. Barnegat Light has public tennis courts, pickleball courts, and skate park. Great dining options in Barnegat Light. Viking village is a short walk, where there are shops, fresh fish from the commercial fishing fleet, and fishing trips available. There are 6 Beach Badges, beach chairs, a beach cart, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 1 row boat available.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
