A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Staying at this beautiful beach home was an absolute dream! The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from the pristine shoreline. The house itself was impeccably designed, with spacious rooms and breathtaking views of the water. The amenities were wonderful, from the fully equipped kitchen to the relaxing outdoor deck for watching the sunset. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to this paradise by the water!

Great spot, year-round.
We had a nice stay last summer in this spacious sun-lit house on the north side of LBI. Dined on the desk after a hot day: seared tuna steak from the local market, cooked it medium rare with red wine. Night time offers a cool sea breeze. Took a short drive to the lighthouse; walked up a lot of steps, then down again, on a windy, but memorable, day. It beats sitting in front of a computer all day. Pickleball courts are not far off. Short walk down the pebble path to the bay. Muchibus Thankibus.

Favorite Vacation Spot
The location and the views from this home are amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook complete meals. Loved how everything in the home matched and alot of thought was put into the decor. Pet friendly. Close to the restaurants and small island shops. Kids enjoyed paddle boarding and biking. Our favorite summer destination.

Perfect beach getaway
We recently stayed at this lovely beach house in Loveladies, Long Beach Island, NJ, and it exceeded all our expectations. The spaciousness of the house, along with ample parking space, made it incredibly convenient for our group.One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area and a perfect spot for sunset cocktails or stargazing. The fact that we could bring along our small dog made the experience even more enjoyable, as it's not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodations of this caliber.The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, which is always a top priority for us when traveling. Every corner was spotless, and the well-maintained amenities added to the overall comfort of our stay.The location in Loveladies offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds, yet still within easy reach of the beach and local attractions. It was the perfect balance of serenity and convenience.Overall, our experience at this beach house was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, plus the added bonus of a stunning rooftop view

Great for active people
If you are of the active type, this comfortable and modern place is for you. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean just across the street, paddle boarding and kayaking on the bay right behind the property, and we took a few bike rides on the island. If you like to eat fish fresh off the boat, don’t miss the fish market by the lighthouse at the south of the island.

When I go home I feel rested. The bay views are stunning especially at dawn. The walk to the beach is right across the road. The house is new and beautiful, very quiet neighborhood. Everything is comfortable and I enjoyed cooking in the modern kitchen. Between the bike rides to the Lighthouse, kayak on the bay, reading a book on the terrace, there’s no shortage of activities. Time flies by. It’s especially nice for a large family or friends gathering. Definitely recommend spending some days here. Good for mental health!

Great house in a great location
My family and I have rented many beach houses before and this is one we are definitely looking forward to returning to. The open layout of the house is fantastic and with multiple levels it provides plenty of room and space for everyone. The decks and seating areas were phenomenal during the day and at night. The location is fantastic, quiet part of the island but very close to all the attractions. The view of the bay from the decks are amazing and less than five minute walk to the beach which has no crowds. My kids enjoyed paddle boarding on the Bayside and going to the parks which were very close by. Looking forward to return for another vacation with the family.

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!
My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, rented this home over the summer. It was my best LBI rental to date! We have rented in several areas on the island, but this home exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, as well as the accommodations. There was ample room for the 6 of us, with room to spare for a few more couples! We all had our own full bathroom, and there’s an outdoor shower as well. The amenities were endless. Its close proximity to both the bay and the ocean makes this home the ultimate dream house. The decks allow for views of the most amazing sunsets I’ve ever seen. There’s a fire pit in the yard that was so cozy in the evening. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Summer Vacation Spot
Stayed at Loveladies last summer and found the house to be a perfect getaway. Great location only a short drive from anything you would need while on your stay. Huge home with a nice rooftop to relax on. Amount of windows on the top floor really made the house a standout for great lighting and views.
