No elevator needed! That’s right: This is a *non* reverse-living house, meaning: first floor
access to everything for those who might struggle with steps. The master bed, kitchen, a family
room, and one of the laundry areas are all on the first floor.
5 bed, 3 & 1/2 bath, sleeps 16.
7-night minimum.
Fri-Fri rentals, so beat the traffic.
Linens, bath towels, & beach towels included. There will be 16 sets total for each rental. Each set includes: 1 beach towel, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. Additional towels or replacement linens can be rented. Beds will already be made before you arrive!
Although you may notice toiletries in some of the listing pictures (like soap, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, etc.), we ask that you please bring you own. Some may be leftover from a previous family, but – for sanitary/supply purposes – we encourage guests to bring their own. We will send a list with your lease so you don’t forget anything.
Multiple week discount (no last-minute deals, no early bird specials).
Heated salt pool, salt hot tub, and new dock. No splinters here; all decking & docking is
composite material.
Entire house refurbished in 2021, including all new kitchenware, furniture, décor, mattresses, microwave, dishwasher, and gas range. There are also 2 full fridges & a full freezer in the garage.
Please note, the fireplace & firepit are *NOT* for renter use.
House can be separated into 3 different areas, so it’s ideal for 3 families looking to split the cost.
Area 1 (first floor) - king bed & twin-over-twin bunk bed, bathroom with shower, jacuzzi, 2 sinks, toilet.
Area 2 (second floor) - bedroom with king, bedroom with twin-over-full bunk, bathroom with shower, toilet, 1 sink.
Area 3 (second floor) - bedroom with king, bedroom with 2 queen-over-queen bunks, tub/shower, 2 sinks, toilet.

Media room, Master bed, King bed #1, & Kind bed #2 – 50” or larger
In-season (pool & spa open): $15,000 per week.
Off-season (pool & spa closed): $8,000 per week
Must be over 30 years old to rent.
Upon sending your lease & payment, we will provide you with a free gift (it’s a surprise!) and also the “grand list” of the island. This is especially great for those who’ve never been to the island, and are looking for wonderful places to dine, shop, and secret areas of the island for bird-watching, kayaking, swimming, and more!
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES anywhere on property/in house; this includes hypoallergenic dogs, support animals, etc. ABSOLUTELYT NO ANIMALS. Strictly enforced.
Perfect house for those with allergies, as all linens & towels are washed with scent-free
products, no pets are allowed, there are no candles, scented plug-ins etc. It's really just that
clean, and smells good scent-free!
10 beach tags (good for any Long Beach Township beach on the island), and 2 passes to 2 private parking lots less than a minute’s drive north or south of house. The beach access to all 3 aforementioned areas are easily accessible with large, non-crowded beaches, usually with a very gradual walk, and even a gradual ocean entrance with little drop-off. The best beaches on the island in our opinion: not crowded, clean, & pristine!
Some fun tips: luck out & book during certain weeks, and enjoy boat parades, block parties (at
Matthews Point Park), and the best firework displays on island. Rent or charter a boat, and
have the captain pick you up right in the backyard!
Spend the holidays with extended family! Plenty of seating for large meals, gourmet kitchen,
and more!
The maximum number of people on property/in house will never exceed 16! This is a liability,
and in writing. NO PARTIES, REUNIONS, WEDDINGS, ETC. or you will be asked to leave.
