Our Summer Getaway is ready to be yours from June to September. We are accepting weekly bookings for this 3 story ocean block house in beautiful Brant Beach on Long Beach Island, NJ. Beach passes for 12 are included for your short 90 second walk to the beach. The house has four large bedrooms, four bathrooms, outdoor shower and can easily sleep 12 with onsite parking for six cars. There is plenty of room for family enjoyment including a rec room with pool table, large family room, den, backyard with an eight person hot tub, covered outdoor dining space open to the sea air and a rooftop deck to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Excellent house, location and owner
Mark was a pleasure to work with and is a gracious owner. House is perfect with lots of space to accommodate different groups and a great large deck plus roof top deck. The house was a quick walk to the beach with a lifeguard near by and the hot tub was a nice plus. Plenty to do in walking distance for all ages.
