This beautiful new home is the perfect house for your family's get away to LBI. It has a beautiful open living space, gorgeous gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathroom, the house can sleep from 19 to 25 people. The house is Oceanside, 9 houses from the beach, and has 4 decks, including a roof deck with outstanding views. The deck of the kitchen provides outdoor dining and a New Weber grill. it is a fenced in property, with 2 outdoor showers, a convenient feature, when you are coming right off the beach. After the kids go off to sleep, the adults can take up a game of pool in the upstairs bar area. We offer a 8% discount to returning guests.

Excellent vacation rental
Everything you possibly need in a luxury home and only a block away from the beach. Thank you John for renting us this beautiful house for always making sure our stay is enjoyable and hassle free. We love the game room and especially the side porch which is perfect for morning coffee and gathering with family. Serious attention to detail from bikes to umbrellas.

Great stay for family!
We stayed at John’s house the week before Labor Day weekend and it was the perfect house for our family. We had 4 couples with two kids. There was ample amount of space for all of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The backyard area was great for corn hole and late night hangs! John was very responsive during the week and attended to all of our questions. We’ll definitely be renting again!

Wonderful Week
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is close to the beach and chairs, towels, and umbrellas are provided.
We had our family of our 6 adult children, my wife and l, and 7 grandchildren in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the game room was a big hit. The grandkids liked the “kids” room and the bedrooms and bathrooms all were perfect.
The house is nicely furnished and most everything’ needed was provided in the kitchen. John was always responsive and was a pleasure to deal with.
We would certainly book the house again if our schedules work out.
