This beautiful new home is the perfect house for your family's get away to LBI. It has a beautiful open living space, gorgeous gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathroom, the house can sleep from 19 to 25 people. The house is Oceanside, 9 houses from the beach, and has 4 decks, including a roof deck with outstanding views. The deck of the kitchen provides outdoor dining and a New Weber grill. it is a fenced in property, with 2 outdoor showers, a convenient feature, when you are coming right off the beach. After the kids go off to sleep, the adults can take up a game of pool in the upstairs bar area. We offer a 8% discount to returning guests.

Great stay for family!
We stayed at John’s house the week before Labor Day weekend and it was the perfect house for our family. We had 4 couples with two kids. There was ample amount of space for all of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The backyard area was great for corn hole and late night hangs! John was very responsive during the week and attended to all of our questions. We’ll definitely be renting again!

Wonderful Week
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is close to the beach and chairs, towels, and umbrellas are provided.
We had our family of our 6 adult children, my wife and l, and 7 grandchildren in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the game room was a big hit. The grandkids liked the “kids” room and the bedrooms and bathrooms all were perfect.
The house is nicely furnished and most everything’ needed was provided in the kitchen. John was always responsive and was a pleasure to deal with.
We would certainly book the house again if our schedules work out.

Perfection!
My husband & I arrived 4 hours early. I called the owner and he said...go in! I stepped into a beautiful Livingroom-kitchen-dining room combination spotlessly clean fully loaded with every imaginable appliance & kitchen necessity, plus 2 other refrigerators and two washing machines and dryers. I ran throughout the house deciding what rooms would be best for the 20 of us. As each arrived the WOW expression in their smile and verbally was heard. They chose their rooms, all with very comfortable beds, dressers, closets, TV's and ceiling fans. Then adults were excited to learn of the roof top lounge which was a wonderful get-a-away or cocktail lounge! There were at least a "million" beach towels, bikes, bogie boards & chairs. Three picnic tables & firepit in the back yard. The house is perfectly situated between the ocean and bay. In the morning we sat on the beach and watched the sun rise and, in the evening, we walked to the bay for sunset. The kids rode bikes everywhere & a short car ride to Fantasy Island, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants and shopping. The morning we left, there were lots of tears. When can we come back? We want the same house! You can bet we will. Thank you, John & Dolores, for all the effort you put into making the house so comfortable, and unforgettable!

Perfection
We had an outstanding week at 3 E Hobart. The house was well equipped with all the necessities & very comfortable with four families staying there. Would absolutely recommend & stay there in the future. John, the owner, is extremely attentive and always got back to me right away with any questions I had. Five stars!

Paradise
This was our initial stay at The Hobart Princess and we are booked for 2024. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need and then some! We took bikes every day for our morning ride and spent the afternoon at the beach. Morning coffee on the top deck was spectacular and a great way to start the day. The game room was a big hit with the adults as well as the kids The owners are very attentive and answer immediately if you have a question. The kids were very sad to leave....

Simply The Best
We had such great time at the Hobart house! It was better than expected! The beach/ocean views were much better then expected. The trips to the beach were fantastic. We were a multi generation group and had no issues at all. Dolores and John were very attentive hosts and we would definitely come back.... Thank u

Best house on the island
Third time staying in one of John and Dolores’ properties and it just keeps getting better and better. This beautiful house easily sleeps 16. Every amenity you want is at your fingertips. House is beautifully appointed with everything you can need. Easy to cook for a group. The views and decks are the best. Everything you need for the beach is stored in the garage. The homeowners are the best and most responsive on the island. Can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful rental
The house is huge and beautiful. We had 14 people and more than enough space for everyone. This home had everything we needed. TVs everywhere. The pool and game room was so much fun for the kids. The location to the beach was perfect. I would definitely come back to this home again.

Amazing Week!!!
This was our second summer here, and we can’t wait to come back next summer. Honestly, we were at the point that we needed a break & change of scenery, just like all of us dealing with these challenging times and this house was it!.
Dolores & John are absolutely amazing and extremely responsive!
The house was immaculate and we love the changes they made!
Everything is provided, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. There are 3 refridgerators and 2 washer dryers in the house!!!
Two decks and upper deck has unbelievable view of the ocean & bay!!

Great Vacation House
