DESCRIPTION:
Put your flip flops on and come vacation at "Beach House Bungalow" in Beach Haven Crest, Long Beach Island! This well-kept 3 bedroom, 2 bath raised beach house is perfect for the family. It is an easy walk to the beach and the bay. Nice clean bathrooms were renovated in 2021.
PROPERTY:
Open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen are spacious, bright and inviting, featuring vaulted ceilings with two skylights. One of three decks in front of the home features tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a gas grill - a perfect spot to dine and relax at the end of your day on the beach.
First Floor - Laundry closet with washer and dryer, full renovated bathroom with shower, large bedroom with queen bed, access to a deck, kitchen, dining and living space.
Second floor - two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full/twin bunkbed with twin trundle, and a full bathroom with shower/tub. The full/twin bunkbed bedroom has access to a private deck.
Every bed in this house is very comfortable!
There is a beach wagon in the convenient ground-level storage room for your use to carry beach supplies. Walk home from the beach right into our convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Parking - The driveway is composed of light-colored pavers and is very convenient for parking up to 4 cars.
If you are working very hard and you love the beach, you will feel like a new person as soon as you open the front door to this beach house!

Easy drive to Pinky Shrimp's Seafood; Daddy O's; basketball and pickleball courts, bicycle rental and surf shops.
Supermarket:
This house is conveniently located only about 18 blocks from ACME, the largest supermarket on the island! This is a very important consideration that most people don't think about when booking a beach house until it's too late. Oh, and the island-famous Skipper Dipper Ice Cream shop is right across the street from ACME!

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due at the time contract is signed. The remaining 50% and security deposit are due 45 days prior to arrival.

Fabulous place
We had a wonderful time during our week in this lovely home. Alan, the owner, made the rental process so easy, and he was great with any questions. His home provides everything as described, and more. Its location, on a quiet, beautiful street, is an easy walk to beach or bay. It's stocked with everything you need, has great parking, and is comfy and extremely clean. The freshly delivered bed linens and bath towels were an appreciated bonus, as well as the great quality beach chairs. It's nice having a bedroom/bath on first floor, and two upstairs bedrooms with a second bathroom. We are planning to return next year!

AMAZING RENTAL !!
This is the perfect LBI beach house - Open floor plan with great beachy feel and decor - short walk to the beach, and plenty of parking space. The home is very clean and comfortable - The air conditioning works quite well, and every amenity needed is included ( kitchenware, 2nd beverage refrigerator, two grills, grilling accessories, new beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, etc ) We have been renting for many years in LBI, and this is one of the best rentals we have had - Alan is a great host !! Highly recommend !!

Excellent stay
This house was in a great location - easy five minute walk to beach. The house was spacious with 3 bedrooms and two updated baths The owner even had 8 brand new Tommy Bahama chairs in storage we could use. Linens and towels were provided too. We were very happy with out stay here.

Amazing Beach Getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous beach house! Perfect location, easy to get to the beach & all attractions. Not to mention the gorgeous sunsets down the block over the bay! Would recommend staying here.

Great house. This was our second year there and we love it. It is clean, well stocked and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and only minutes from a beautiful stretch of beach. We highly recommend and look forward to returning next year!

Enjoyable place to stay, clear communications with the rental process.
We enjoyed many things about our stay at 100121 - Summer Spot - 1491. The house was clean upon arrival and the supplied linens and towels were nice. The living room and dining room were comfortable as was the 1st floor bedroom. The 2nd floor bedroom with the trundle was comfortable though the 3rd bedroom was small. Both indoor bathrooms were nice. All the beds were comfortable, the house was nicely decorated. The appliances and TV’s were all modern and functioned properly. The washer and dryer worked fine. The house was a reasonable 10 minute walk to the beach and the supplied beach wagon made things easier to transport. The outdoor shower, hose and locked storage room were great. There was ample off street parking.
