Pearl East is a brand-new 4 bedroom townhouse located 7 houses from the beach with a private heated saltwater pool. This location is one block from the lifeguard stand on a wide stunning beach, and within walking distance of Blue Water Cafe, Jersey Girl, and Nardi's Tavern. It is a short 4 minute drive to all the attractions and restaurants located in the center of Beach Haven.
Ground Floor: King bedroom with coffee bar, Full bathroom
Middle Floor: Primary king bedroom with en-suite bath, a bedroom with queen bed, and a bedroom with two full beds. Laundry room and linen closet also on this level.
Top Floor: Open living, dining, and kitchen space. Access to uncovered front deck and rooftop deck

Policies

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

The Pearl East - A True Gem
Having rented homes on Long Beach Island for over 20 years, I can confidently say that The Pearl East is the best one we’ve found. The house is nothing short of perfection. The location couldn’t be better—just six houses away from the beach and only a block from Beach Haven’s vibrant restaurants and shops. You get the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.
The house itself is brand new, and it shows. It’s incredibly clean, modern, and airy, with beautiful furnishings and decor that make you feel right at home. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with quality culinary supplies and top-of-the-line appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family.
One of our favorite features was the rooftop deck. We spent every evening there, soaking in the stunning views of the sunset—it truly was the highlight of our stay. And after a day at the beach, coming home to the pool in the backyard was such a treat. It’s these little luxuries that set The Pearl East apart from other rentals on the island.
But what really makes this rental special is the owner, Nia. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and professional throughout our stay. It’s clear she takes great pride in making sure her guests have the best possible experience.
We will definitely be returning to make new memories in 2025. This house is a true gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Pearl East
The Pearl is a great location for a beach vacation. Located only a few houses from the beach and walkable to Jersey girl grill and Blue Water cafe. The house is newly renovated, was extremely clean and fully stocked with anything we could need. The owner, Ni is so easy to work with! She is very attentive and communicative for your entire stay. The house is bright and extremely comfortable with perfect rooftop views. The ocean temp durning our stay never went above 60 degrees so the pool came in quite handy for us! We have rented many homes on LBI and Pearl East remains a favorite!

Stayed for a week with kids, family, and friends.
We had an amazing time. The house and amenities are exceptional. Also, really appreciate the owners who made sure everything was perfect. Loved everything about this house....including it's proximity to the beach, shopping and great food. Pool is incredible. Rooftop views are awesome. Also, the cleanest house we've ever rented. Thank you Pearl! What a great week for our family.

Perfect summer shore house! Can’t beat it!
Cannot say enough great things about this house. My family and I have gone for the past two years and always wish we could stay longer each time. The house is perfect from the decor, setup, proximity to the beach, pool etc. The really difference maker though between this property and others though is Ni! She is absolutely fantastic and makes every effort to ensure her guests have a memorable, relaxing vacation. She is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond. We look forward to making this our annual vacation spot and creating more memories here each year. We will definitely be renting in the future and highly recommend this property to others. We find ourselves talking about the rental all year long to family/friends because of how great it is. Cannot find a better vacation spot and property owner!

Great house..new and very clean with all the ammedies you ever can need for lbi.walking distance to restaurants and the beach is a block away..oh and there is a pool to keep you cool.

Incredible, memorable and magical
The home is better than described - new / clean with A+ furniture, decor and kitchen appliances. Everything you need is at the house - beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Small pool that the kids loved. A quick 2 minute walk from the beach which feels almost private. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; she checked in daily and was incredibly friendly and warm. She genuinely cares about her guests. This was the best rental I have ever stayed in.

Great location and perfect house
The Pearl is a perfect location for a beach vacation. Located only a few houses from the beach and walkable to a few local eateries, shops, fitness center and trails. The house is newly renovated, was extremely clean and fully stocked with anything we could need. Ni was so easy to work with and very helpful with the new questions we had (mostly about local recommendations). We were a family of 8 adults, we fit comfortably and had a great family vacation on LBI. My husband and I have rented homes for vacations over the last 10 years and this was our favorite one yet. I’d highly recommend this property !!

Pearl East
We arrived at Pearl East on Friday July 7 and were very pleased with our decision to rent this property. Ni, the owner, was very helpful from beginning to end - very communicative the whole time - from booking through arrival and departure. The home is beautiful - no expense spared. Roof top deck with awesome ocean and bay views. Reverse living with open top floor for eating and relaxing. Middle level with the 3 bedrooms and laundry very beneficial. And finally the entry floor is great with access to pool and yard, not to forget to mention the convenience of mine fridge and coffee bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Initially we were hesitant about the side by side but the design of the home is so well done yiu hardly know you have neighbors. It’s obvious much went into the rental experience - home has all you need. We look forward to staying again.

Amazing home!
My family and I just returned from an amazing vacation at LBI. This home was a large part of our amazing experience. It is beautifully designed, super close to the beach and well equipped with everything you will need for a great beach vacation. The owner was so attentive and kept us informed up until our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing LBI home.

Perfect Beach House
The owner has thought of everything in this beautiful beach home! This bright and luxurious home has every amenity, that made our stay extremely comfortable. The space worked perfectly for our family to gather our children and grandchildren. The pool was warm and inviting even on a cloudy day. The owner is extremely helpful and a delight to work with. I have rented many homes before and this is by far the best!
