This location is one block from the lifeguard stand on a wide stunning beach, and within walking distance of Blue Water Cafe, Jersey Girl, and Nardi's Tavern.

Middle Floor: Primary Suite with King bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom with Queen Bed, and Bedroom with full bed and twin bunk
Top Floor: Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Covered Front Deck, and Access to Rooftop Deck
Backyard features a private 10x16 swimming pool, dining space, lounge chairs, and a Weber grill.

Policies

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

This house is even more beautiful than the photos, which are stunning. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Ni thought of everything when stocking the house. And made us feel welcome to contact with any questions. She’s an amazing host. We’re planning to book again in the future.

Fantastic stay
Could not recommend this beach house highly enough. From the first day I booked Ni was an excellent communicator who made the process easy. The house itself is spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully finished. Our large group was very comfortable here and the pool was ideal for the kids. Could not recommend highly enough!

Unbeatable Stay
My family just spent 2 enjoyable weeks at Ni's beautiful home. We had a terrific time using all the thoughtful amenities at our disposal. There were great coffee machines, an amazing assortment of nice cookware, very comfortable beds, and plenty of beach accessories to utilize. The heated pool was such a tremendous asset to have with the ocean temp being cold in early July. The best aspect of it all was Ni's speedy responsiveness to any questions we had. If you're contemplating booking this house, don't hesitate at all. We will definitely stay here again.

LBI Dream Rental
Our family had an amazing 2 week LBI vacation at Pear West. The House is located close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a quick car ride to Fantasy Island, Bay Village and other great restaurants. The house was in impeccable condition and furnished & equipped with everything needed for vacation at the beach. The heated pool was a nice way to end the day at the beach. Ni is an amazing owner and host. Both the house & the owner are 5 Stars!!

A Lovely Place to Stay!
What a wonderful house!
Ni, our host, was so thoughtful and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house is so well-designed and very private. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are comfortable. There are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. Jersey Girl grill is close by - great for a quick bite!
When we were there the weather was cool and windy so we made good use of the pool.
We look forward to staying here again!

Best week ever!
My family had the most amazing time at Ni’s place- Pearl West was so beautiful and clean and Ni had thought of everything for families- night lights, sound machines in the room. You can tell she put a lot of thought and love into building a place that families can make wonderful memories together. We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you again!

Fantastic property and owner
My family and friends had the best stay at Pearl West. From the moment I inquired about the property to well past check out, Ni was an absolute please to work with. One of the best property owners I’ve rented from. The house is very clean, new, and well equipped with everything you could need for a stay at the shore. Ni provided us with a new bottle of olive oil and salt/pepper. She provided me with a linen company for rentals and the process was a breeze. My children loved the private pool in the back and it was a quick walk to the beach-a must if traveling with young children. There is a cafe on the corner - great for breakfast. The house is located within a quick drive to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. My family and I loved everything about our stay and will definitely rent this property again.

Great Place to Stay
I highly recommend renting this property. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped! The rooftop provides a spectacular view of the island and was great for watching fireworks! The inground pool is an added bonus! It's a very short walk to the ocean and close to restaurants, the amusement park and stores. The owner was so easy to deal with and very accomodating. We will definitely be back to Pearl West!

Haven Beach Heaven
Had the family down to this beautiful new house in July. The homeowners have thought of everything...lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and cart to bring your stuff to the beach. Fantastic roof deck, comfy beds, big kitchen and jumping in the pool after a day at the beach is heaven. Great owners...always looking to make your stay better.
