This location is one block from the lifeguard stand on a wide stunning beach, and within walking distance of Blue Water Cafe, Jersey Girl, and Nardi's Tavern.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great Place to Stay
I highly recommend renting this property. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped! The rooftop provides a spectacular view of the island and was great for watching fireworks! The inground pool is an added bonus! It's a very short walk to the ocean and close to restaurants, the amusement park and stores. The owner was so easy to deal with and very accomodating. We will definitely be back to Pearl West!

Haven Beach Heaven
Had the family down to this beautiful new house in July. The homeowners have thought of everything...lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and cart to bring your stuff to the beach. Fantastic roof deck, comfy beds, big kitchen and jumping in the pool after a day at the beach is heaven. Great owners...always looking to make your stay better.

The plunge pool in the backyard was a perfect way to end our beach days, after showering off in the outdoor shower. Ni checked in on us throughout our stay and was such a gracious host. Fantastic vacation at Pearl West!
There aren’t enough words to describe the place that is Pearl West. It was the perfect location for our family’s vacation. We have been renting in LBI for 20+ years and Ni was by far the best home owner ever. She genuinely cares about her renters comfort. Pearl West was truly a Pearl!
This home is perfection! The owner, Ni, was completely attentive and communicative from the very first inquiry. The home has EVERYTHING you can possible need for vacation. She even purchased a highchair for our use as I had my kids and granddaughter with us. It was modern, spotless and so comfortable. I actually purchased the same highchair for my own home along with the same coffee table, end table, bedroom table lamps/charger...I loved the decor immensely! The roof top has amazing views of the bay and ocean. The home is so conveniently located one block in from the beach. The heated pool was such a plus for us with a 10 month old and for all the adults after a day at the beach. We enjoyed all our meals on the balcony deck porch. No expense was spared! We even had perfect weather! We all enjoyed it so much that we booked again for next year.

PERFECTION!
Pearl West on LBI was the perfect place for our family vacation. Everything about this home was perfection. We had 8 adults and a child and there was plenty of room for being together out by the pool, on the rooftop deck, outdoor dining area, kitchen dining, and living room. It was also large enough to get away from the family to read or relax alone if desired. The decor and all details of the house, including furniture, appliances and kitchen housewares were beautiful and new. The house was spotless when we arrived and the homeowner attended to every detail to help make our vacation week wonderful. Communication with homeowner was stellar. I look forward to visiting again next summer. Five stars PLUS.

Farmhouse Fun
Gorgeous property, everything was brand new and in perfect condition. Extremely clean and spacious. Ni, the host, was incredibly responsive, friendly, checked in to make sure our stay was what we wanted/needed. The location of the house is extremely perfect - right in between the main road and the beach, close to long beach blvd to take safe strolls on either side of the road. Close to lots of great places to eat as well. The pool was the highlight for everyone's stay and a hit with the kids in our family. It really hits the mark for amazing amenities, location and the space of the home for the price you are paying. Since it is a townhome, there are lots of stairs so make sure to prepare your guests :) Hoping to come back for another week sometime in the future!

Awesome Stay!
Wonderful location! Absolutely gorgeous house, everything is brand new and so comfortable. Top of the line appliances, bedding, and kitchen. Amazing views. Rented this beautiful home with a small group of friends, we swam in the awesome pool, barbecued, hung out in the yard, we had a blast! Booked for next year already! Great job Ni!
