Stayed here during the summer of 2025. The location couldn't have been more perfect, and the house was fantastic! My friends were gushing about how great this house was. Will definitely be booking again for 2026!

The family had a wonderful vacation. My children and grandchildren love the house and it's location. I barbecued while my children rented bikes and grandchildren flew kites. The house was very clean and the owner provided us with great recommendations. We have wonderful memories and can't wait to go back next year.

I have been going to this property for more than 20 years and it is always well maintained, professionally cleaned, and upgraded year to year. It is a wonderful property in the perfect location. I highly recommend this for you and your family.

Park your cars and forget them! You are in the heart of Beach Haven and can see Staton No. 117 from the driveway. We had all our favorite eateries just a short walk away. The CHEGG is a few blocks away; the Black Whale is around the corner, and a new breakfast gem that opened in 2023, Queen City Marina Deli, is just a few short blocks away.
If you love an outdoor shower, this one's for you! It was spacious - my brother was raving about it! We also found the beds very comfortable, but remember to bring your blankets. I also loved being on a one-way street; so there wasn't a ton of traffic. The owner was nice to deal with and was responsive to inquiries while we were down there. A little gem in the heart of the Queen City!

Where do I start? Definitely cannot imagine why we paid for prifessional cleaning bc the house had dirts on floors, every carpet very stained and smelly rugs. Trash under almost all of the beds and furniture including used teeth floss sticks on the side of my bed on the floor. We also paid additional for cleaning for my 2 dogs however we left the place cleaner than when we arrived. Ants in the kitchen. His photos show a TV in the upstairs master BR which was very important for our nephew, however rhere was no such TV. Kyle was repsponsive throughout the booking and the week however now i understand ehy he holds the security for 2 months until sept 15!!!! I think it is so no bad review could be posted in fear if not receiving the 500 dollar security back. AC broke the night before we arrived. Owner Kyle got 3 huge floor AC’s however it was a heat wave and 3 of the 5 bedrooms didnt have AC. We roasted. He did agree to send 3 more window ACs but they didnt arrive for another day. Then, without checking with us if we still needed the central air fixed ( we woumd have said no since w enow had enough ac’a for the week), he has 2 local peope show up Tuesday morning. This was a train wreck. They used my SON to help them lift very heavy things from the attic and proceeded to block off the entire 2nd floor where 4 of the bedrooms were, while they worked and sweated and worked my son for hours! My husband had to stay home from the beach to make sure the house was safe. They returned a coulle hours later. It was an all day affair of losing access to our rooms unless we crawled around and under ladders and huge mess. Kyle refused to refund a day of our week! We asked for even more because of no AC in 3 BR Sat and Sunday into Monday. But he did not refund a penny. W ewere so disappointed with the stains and dirt all iver and the dusty dishes in the cabinets. I could go on and on. Never again. I guess thats what you get for when you pay 4850 plus clesning fees etc for a week but shame on you Kyle. You mostepresented your property by not showing pictures of the floors and also of the stains on the carpets etc. Your review sounded like you upgraded everything from the preuor year and that is why i took a chance. A new kitchen slab does not represent these upgrades fairly! Kyle did try with the ACs but overall the place was pretty awful. Oh and the stairs out to the back ( not nice at all) patio were not to code and very dangerous and a few people stumbled and luckily didnt hurt themselves.

I organized a group-trip to LBI for Chowderfest weekend. By the time we left, we all knew that this was the perfect spot for our stay.
You've got it ALL within walking distance. We hit The Black Whale, Buckalews, Tucker's Tavern, The Chicken or the Egg and more fantastic restaurants in no time. You've got a snack shack right around the corner, a mini-golf and arcade spot just a skip away, and a grocery store just a few blocks down the main drag (*also a liquor store nearby*)! Plus it's a pretty quick hike to the beach so no need to drive to get your surf on. You've even got access to catch the beautiful LBI sunset from a docking station just a hundred yards from the front door.
The interior is a bit bigger than it looked online. This is definitely a functional house. Compared to other rentals I've had in LBI, this is the homiest. I wasn't "intimidated" by the spot, so to speak. It felt comfortable. The neighbors are friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped. The backyard is GREAT for hanging out. We spent every night out there. Plus, (between you and me) the owner mentioned plans to instal a fire-pit back there. If that happens, it'll be heaven.
*Please Note: Make sure to bring comforters if you're renting in the chilly months. I only brought sheets and linens to fit the beds (as I usually do at rentals) and discovered that there were no comforters supplied. Luckily for us, nobody needed comforters anyway because of how warm the island was that weekend. Sheets will do just fine in the summer, but if you're booking late fall or winter, definitely bring something hefty.*
Overall, 5/5. I can't recommend this spot enough for a group of fun-loving foot-travelers. Especially if you're heading down for Chowderfest weekend. Unfortunately for you, I'm probably going to be booking it then again!
Cheers!
