Description

Less than a block until your feet hit the ocean sand. And just a couple blocks to downtown Beach Haven. Newly furnished and updated throughout the property. House just changed ownership and is new to the rental market.

UPDATE FOR 2023 RENTAL SEASON: We are significantly updating the house over the winter of 2022 to be ready for Spring 2023. We will finish the second floor, adding another full bathroom, another bedroom, and a second floor family room. The renovated house will have 4 bedrooms (sleeping 10), 2 full baths and a renovated kitchen. Construction begins in October and will be ready in early 2023. Pictures to follow.

This Craftsman style Bungalow offers a fully-enclosed front porch to enjoy early-morning coffee or to just watch the world go by. Two of the three bedrooms have king beds and the third room as a queen bed (and two of the three rooms have brand new TVs).

The family room has two couches with a large, new TV and the dining room can easily fit eight around the table for a family meal. The kitchen has all you need for the week and there is a washer and dryer in the basement. Oh... and WiFi, of course! All you have to bring is towels and linens; everything else is there for you.

Parking is around the corner on 4th or 5th street (we ask you only used the shared driveway to drop stuff off). Our house is walking distance to Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and all of the many shops and restaurants Beach Haven has to offer!!

Additional Amenities:
Four Beach Badges provided at the beginning of the season (kids under 12 don't need them). This convenience is provided at NO EXTRA COST, and I ask that you leave them in the condo for the next renter.
Outdoor shower

We are a Friday to Friday rental (check in at 4pm, out at 11am). We request a $1,000 deposit to hold the rental through venmo or personal check.

If it becomes necessary for the renter to cancel this lease for any reason, deposit monies paid, less 125.00 service charge, shall be returned to the renter ONLY if the owner is able to re-rent said premises for the same date. If the property is not re-rented, the renter is responsible for the entire lease amount.

If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the premises, you shall comply with the order and will not be entitles to a refund.

Location and stay your family will love

This Beach Haven bungalow was perfect for our family trip! Highlights for our family: enclosed front porch for people watching (open up the windows and let the beach breeze flow!), brand new Weber Grill in the back, beach is steps away and easy for elderly and small children, large dining room table was perfect for meals and card games. The location is terrific-we could walk and ride our rental bikes everywhere. Clean and comfortable beds. Will absolutely stay again!

Great beach bungalow!

So glad that we found this gem! The location and front porch are amazing!! We appreciated how close shopping, restaurants, and entertainment were. Highly suggest renting bikes to get around the island ????

Charming historic home in a perfect Beach Haven location

I had the pleasure of staying at this home for the long Memorial Day weekend. I am a sucker for historical properties (owning one myself) and this home has all the charm of yester years with the modern amenities you want to make your beach vacation stress-free! The house has plenty of space and is decorated beautifully. My two favorite spots were the front porch (great for people watching and drinks with friends and family) and the back brick patio which was private and charming.

But it's the location that takes this property over the top. It's literally a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the main area of Beach Haven. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores and every activity you can imagine are literally a walk away. No need to get in the car and worry about parking.

I look forward to coming back here year after year. I spent my childhood on LBI and being at this house brings back all of the good feels.

Charming Beach Bungalow

Great location and a charming bungalow. It is just steps to the beach and walking distance to some of our favorite local restaurants and shops. The house was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and we especially enjoyed the front sitting porch. Will definitely be coming back to this one!

Perfect, charming bungalow has it all!

This bungalow is so classic and charming. It's close to the best shops and restaurants in Beach Haven, less than a block from the beach and has great features like; a huge front porch with lots of seating, large dining room table for families to dine together, chat around or play games, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. It's the perfect place to get away.
