This three story Updated Victorian House located just 1/2 block from the beach has been completely renovated featuring 9 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. One bedroom is partially handicap accessible w wheel chair ramp and ADA wheelchair accessible shower stall and sink. A full commercial kitchen is equipped with commercial refrigerator/freezer for your large family gathering, party or wedding. A commercial grade stove and 6 burner cook top, dishwasher and a full array of pots and pans also available for use. Central AC is through out the house and a large flat screen television is in the family room as well as flat screens in all bedrooms. ROKU TV w FREE NETFLIX movies. Free wireless internet is provided. A great sound system w speakers lets you connect wirelessly with Sonos so you can have music throughout the first floor and also out on the wrap around porch. The fenced in yard has been professionally landscaped and can accommodate a 40' by 60' tent for that special occasion. A beautiful gazebo adds to this perfect setting as well.
No need to drive your car once you are here. Within walking distance is Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Water Slides, Bay Village shopping, Surf Light Theater, Maritime museum, historical homes walking tours, and many great restaurants and cafes. Charter boat fishing is available within walking distance to the dock. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy tennis courts, bicycle rentals and many water activities such as kayaking, jet skis and more.

Great House in the Heart of Beach Haven
Our family really enoyed our stay at this house. The location is great. It is one block from the beach (with bathroom facilities) and two blocks from the boulevard. The backyard is beautiful and there is plenty of comfortable seating on the wrap around porch as well as tables for eating outside. Seven of the nine bedrooms have their own bathroom. Two bedrooms on the second floor had to share a bathroom. There is also a bathroom downstairs on the main floor.
There is a spot for only one car in the driveway and the spots on Centre St were usually taken but we were able to find parking easily on nearby streets. The good news is that you don't really need a car once you get there. You can walk to just about everything. What helped is that we brought a couple of hand carts for trips to Murphy's Grocery Store which is just around the corner.

Great Property
This house is truly beautiful. We had a family reunion, and it met our every need. The property manager even brought us a food mixer when we asked, to make a birthday cake.
The house is at a great location as well, just one block from the beach. The most surprising thing for me was how quiet it was. Wonderful!

Our Favorite Beach House
My family and I have been staying at this beautiful house for many years. We love it! The house is always clean when we arrive and it is in the perfect location to walk everywhere for groceries, wine, beer, the beach, activities for the kids, etc. The grounds are beautiful! The porch is amazing!!! Lots of room to play games or just relax in it's beauty. Linda T. the property manager is awesome. Always able to help us if we have a problem and responds very quickly! We love it!

Perfect stay
Linda’s home in Beach Haven couldn’t be better! We stayed for a week with several families including small children and the house was perfect for our needs.
The kitchen: well stocked with spices, utensils, pans, serving trays, etc. Tons of room in the fridge and deep freezer for all of our food. We had a great time cooking big meals and eating them at both the dining table and the big table on the wraparound porch. The photos of the dining room are deceiving - the table is very large and can comfortably fit 14-15 adults for a meal.
The rooms: the rooms were all pretty similar in nature with the exception of the handicap accessible suite on the main floor that is not technically connected to the rest of the house (you have to exit the room and re-enter the house separately) but this wasn’t a problem for anyone. The bathrooms are all newly renovated and the rooms were well equipped with things like iPhone chargers next to the beds. Beds were also surprisingly comfortable!
The house/yard: the house itself was just beautiful. Not child proof but we had no issues with our group of small children. We rented a few baby gates and were able to block off the foyer area (where the stairs and front door are) and the kitchen area so that wasn’t an issue. The wraparound porch is truly one of the best features of the house. It was rainy a few of the days and we were still able to enjoy outside time being on the porch. The yard was also ideal for letting the kids run around.
Location: really, the location can’t be beat. You can see the beach from the house and then you can easily walk to so many great shops and restaurants. There is a pharmacy and grocery store just down the block so we never had to drive once we got there.
Our group had a 10/10 week and we are already planning to book again for next summer. Big thanks to Linda for sharing her beautiful slice of LBI with us!

Breath of Fresh Air
We celebrated our office "team-building weekend" last year and this year in this wonderful beach house! It could not have been a more perfect place for a big group like ours. The whole house was very clean and well equipped, kitchen had industrial sized appliances, fully functioning sonos piped in speakers, wifi, cable tv, etc. The house has a cozy quaint feel but with modern amenities. A block away from the beach and walking distance from the restaurants, grocery, coffee shop. Everyone had a grand time with enough space for everyone to socially distance in this time of pandemic. Highly recommended!!! Linda is the best person to deal with, she truly cares about your experience in this beautiful home. With all that is happening around us, our weekend in this home was truly a much needed breath of fresh air!

Centre Street
We've had the pleasure of staying at this house the past two summers. Each time we were greeted with a clean, well stocked house. This year they went to great measures tome guests feel safe during CoVID. Extra steps were taken such as having a professional cleaning, all bedspreads were professionally cleaned and sealed in plastic, and extra cleaning supplies were provided. The house is in one of the best locations in Beach Haven. Short walking distance to the grocery store, shops, great restaurants, and kids activities. It is a half block to the beach. The porch is perfect for family gatherings and for relaxing. The house can accommodate large families comfortably! Our kids, and adults, enjoy the large yard for all kinds of activities from hide and seek to a friendly game go bags. Our family has so many. wonderful memories here, and hope to make new ones at this house for many summers to come. Cannot say enough about this house, and Linda is so accommodating and easy to work with. A great house.

Perfect wedding venue
This house was the perfect location for our wedding weekend. We rented this house for 5 days at the end of May 2015 for our wedding reception. We had our ceremony literally right across the street on the beach and then walked over to the large yard on the side of the house for cocktail hour and reception. The majority of our guests stayed within walking distance at a handful of the local hotels. At the house, each room has its own private bath and the handicapped bathroom and private room on the side of the house was a huge plus for us. Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything the house and location had to offer. Our guests had so many compliments about both the landscaping and gorgeous architecture of the house. We found the kitchen and house to be extremely well stocked and had everything we looked for throughout the weekend to entertain. The sound system came in handy for most of the weekend. The wrap-around porch was used for breakfast and coffee in the morning and large family dinners in the evenings, and large dining room when it got too chilly outside. Bay Village shopping area was also within walking distance from the house.
Linda, the house manager, was very easy going and helpful leading up to our big day. We were able to visit the house on several occasions during the planning of our event. We also rented a tent and tables/chairs etc. from Ocean Tents who has a lot of experience working at the house, so we would highly recommend them. All in all, great spot for a wedding or getaway with family and friends!

Wonderful house for large group
My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our time in Beach Haven at this superb home... great location right by the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, very comfortable for all of us. Large kitchen, great yard, gas grill, bedrooms and bathrooms and privacy for all, along with big den and dining area. Linda was great to work with and this home helped make our first visit to LBI a great one!
