6th bedroom is a Large 1st floor Master suite converted to a Kids playroom which Has a queen SEALY sleeper sofa . ( additional 5 Roll away Beds with FULL Memory Foam Mattress which can be added to any room as needed )

All Bedrooms in house come with custom Kirsch Top down, bottom up Blackout blinds if you like to sleep in the pitch black.

This is much more then the average vacation Home. It’s our second home. So you will find all the little things that make a house a home from puzzles and games for rainy days, outdoor recreation equipment, to A fully stocked kitchen.

Main level has Custom Kitchen with 2 sinks, professional appliances, Granite countertops, Wine Fridge, Ice Maker, Large Island with seating and much more, opening up to the spacious dining and living room. 4 different decks including large roof deck with 360 views up and down the island.

For Boat lovers you can buoy your boat right outside of the house and walk right to it off of the sand beach. it should be noted that the Bay depth in this area is no more then 3-4 feet at HIGH tide meaning you can Buoy you boat and walk to it up to 200 feet out and not have to swim. A rarity to have a sand beach on the bay that shallow instead of bulkhead and deep water! Awesome for young kids as the water does not drop off till you get to the channel hundreds of feet out and don't have to worry about the young ones being swept by waves in over their head. The Bay is calm and perfect to lounge around on one of the 2 Giant rafts offered or take a swim in the warm waters. The house also comes with a paddle boat, 7 kayaks, 20 bikes, 5 stand up paddle boards (3 adult and 2 child), boogie boards, Crab traps, Fishing poles, and various floats and tubes. We will even provide you with 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, and 2 beach buggies to cart all your gear in.

Walk to local restaurants, Ice cream shop, Beach shop and fishing stores. In a great area for biking and only a few block walk to the beach. Island is very narrow at this point.

There is a large ground patio with dinner seating for 12 and separate lounging area as well. ( if needed 2 extra teak tables and 10 extra chairs for large families) There is a kids pirate ship to play on and the landscaping consists of a dozen palm trees, a wall of arborvitaes and tons of beach grasses giving you ultimate privacy.

** landscaping is not planted till 2nd week of may due to tides and survivability of the palms.

Family Rentals Only! Our vacation home is for family rentals ONLY. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 30) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 27. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. Proms or Parties of any kind are not allowed at or on the property of our home. OUR HOME IS MONITORED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITH ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS BEING FORFEITED AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED! RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES ARE NULL AND VOID AND CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS! While this may sound harsh please keep in mind this is our second home and we expect it to be treated by others with respect and care.

Notes:

Our house was specifically designed with views in mind to make you feel as if you're alone With no other houses around. From window placement to furniture placement Each view is unique and amazing. The house was also designed to be able to accommodate our family of five and not seem overwhelmingly big, yet be able to accommodate up to 18 without seeming tight or cramped. The perfect Vacation house For a family who has lots of extended family that stays over or stops by. A great house for Entertaining! There is NO SMOKING.


Additional information about rental rates:

50% due at booking and remaining 50% 30 days prior to check in. If guest cancels, refund will be made only if owner is able to re-book that week for the same rate otherwise the difference will be refunded.
