Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due by May 15, 2024.

Love this house!!
This was our 2nd time staying here (1st time June 2022) and we were so happy to be back again. The house was great the 1st year but now owners have added even more great amenities like the big screen outdoor tv in the great fenced in backyard!! The house suits our family well w the 4 spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms. And the best is location! We love Brant Beach and the house is only 7 to the beach!! Nice to be able to go back & forth if needed. The owners are so wonderful to work with, immediately responsive and welcoming!
We had everything we needed right there and spent many a night just hanging w friends & family in the backyard grilling out and sitting around the fire pit later! We will be back!! Thanks George & Angie for sharing your home with us!
