This deck covers the entire footprint of the building. It feels like being on atop a cruise ship. Now come in--the high windows in the living and dining rooms allow you to see forever! Like a Manhattan loft / townhouse on the ocean. This upper level has a well designed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances , breakfast bar with pendant lighting AND the master suite. Siberian reclaimed Oak dining table seats 8. White Oak plank flooring throughout house. The middle level features 4 bedrooms and a family room, laundry area and 2 more bathrooms. The ground level feature is the real bonus--another full kitchen and entertainment room for the kids to and hide out and chill, with siding doors to the outside picnic area. Additional 2nd laundry room and another full bath.
All bedrooms, 2nd floor family room and entertainment room ALL feature Flat screen HD TVs. (6 TVs total in house)

Master bed room has a king size bed sleeps 2 people
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds sleep that sleeps 2 each, other 2 bedrooms have trundle beds sleeps 2 each room, There is a pull-out couch in the family room that would sleep 2 each. (max 10 people on 2nd floor)
Additional Ground floor pull couch that sleeps 2 each.
A total of 14 people can be accommodated.
The house is walking distance to Acme supermarket and many lovely local restaurants. Beach Haven Amusements and mall a 5 minutes drive away.
Strictly, NO PETS.
Check in after 4PM Saturday and check out by 10 AM on the following Saturday.
Rental is WEEKLY ONLY.

Beautiful Home
My family stayed at the house during Fourth of July week and had an absolute blast! The house is great for entertaining with 2 separate kitchens and all the equipment/utensils needed to make just about anything under the sun. Absolutely gorgeous 360 Degree views from the roof deck. House is directly on the beach so you cant go wrong and positioned in a central location on the Island. Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Oceanfront Home
The set up of this home was absolutely perfect for our large family. We loved the absence of a TV in the main gathering area encouraging us to enjoy the view and family time with games, puzzles etc. The roof top deck was amazing! Owners are very attentive to what they can improve. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Unbeatable Views!
We were lucky enough to spend the week of July 4th in this beautiful, spacious home. The gorgeous views from the third floor and roof top deck made the trip. Though the weather wasn’t perfect during our time on the island, we were “at the beach” all day, every day. I was worried we would miss the fireworks being so far down from central Beach Haven, but seeing all of the private fireworks all across the island, mainland, and the show at Beach Haven from the rooftop was incredible. It was a highlight of the trip. We also loved running/walking along the beach and Ocean drive. The home was wonderful, updated and clean. Thank you to the Jones family for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Absolutely incredible home
This was easily the most incredible property my family and I have ever rented. Not only was it spotless clean and very welcoming, but the views are unlike anything I have ever seen in my entire life. The owners were extremely accommodating to our large family, and I couldn't thank them enough for their patience and helpfulness. The house was magnificent, large and with all the amenities one could need. Truly a once in a lifetime experience, wish I could give it 6 stats. I will be back!

Vacation dreams !
I cannot say enough how much our family enjoyed this beautiful home. Airy and spacious. Dramatic panoramic views of the Atlantic from the great room and kitchen. Family friendly and CLEAN. The upstairs kitchen was a dream. Bedrooms were comfortable. The layout of the house is excellent and gives everyone privacy when needed and communal space as well. The roof top can accommodate 20 easily, the sunrises and are incredible..
We loved this home, our time together and can’t stop thinking about all the fun we had. Family memories made here. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. A+

Fantasti House!
There is an elevator which made life easy for my elderly parents. We have a big family, the house accommodated everyone. The roof deck is awesome. Great living room / dining room with sweeping panoramic views of the Ocean. Two full kitchens for the foodies! Loved it!!

Beautiful Family Home!
LOVED IT. House is very spacious and set up great for families. The layout allows for a lot of people to stay without feeling crowded. Loved the minimal oceanic décor and the spacious master bedroom. AMAZING ocean views as well. Great Location on the island, easy to get to everything, close to restaurants, amusements. shopping and grocery store... and very quiet street. Thanks again for letting us stay and we look forward to our next stay.

Location is great..... house is not
We were excited to rent this house for our family vacation - the pictures made it look good and the location really is fantastic. And, they were kind enough to allow our dog to join us on the vacation, which they did not have to do. We arrived to a house in need of significant attention - door handles were missing, previous occupants had left used Tupperware, shoes under furniture, junk thrown about, and, perhaps worst of all, hair covered furniture and dirty sheets/mattresses on beds. We quickly began documenting the issues with photographs, as we did not want to be billed for the necessary repairs - as was stated in the rental agreement. Soon after our arrival, one of the refrigerators broke and we lost a significant portion of the frozen food that we had purchased. The owner of the house covered a portion of the lost food but claimed the remaining issues should not have resulted in a less than enjoyable vacation. If you are paying the amount they are requesting, you can and should spend it on a house that does not have these issues. Before writing this review, we attempted to communicate with the owner to make things right. The owner was not responsive and made no efforts beyond covering the lost food to make anything right. And so I am resolved to write this review. Our family did have a good vacation despite the conditions of the house. But we certainly left with a bad taste in our mouths and having second guessed why we agreed to spend a premium for a less than premium property.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We really did try to accommodate you. Firstly, by allowing your dog into our home after you pleaded. (We are animal lovers, but even our own family pets are not allowed in that house.) To address the other issues: door handles broken by the previous renters, this was unreported by the cleaning staff as it is not their responsibility. We did apologize profusely regarding previous renters having been slobs and sent the cleaning staff back to ameliorate the situation. I personally drove off-island to acquire a new coffee maker for your use. The refrigerator didn't break, but was effected by a blown fuse and we did reimburse for some of your lost food. As far reimbursing you thousands of dollars because a few hairs were on the couch, etc... we found that to be objectively unreasonable. Sorry.
Your complaint about hair on the furniture after bringing your dog into our home is absurd.
We do welcome you back regardless, but we recommend our more economical house in Surf City. Pets are allowed there and it would seem to fit better within your budget. best regards
Paradise on the NJ shore!
This house is beautiful, super spacious living with incredible views of the ocean. Great for large families and friends. Well designed allows occupants to spend private time in bedrooms and downstairs kitchen area, or congregate and socialize on top floor loft space, with kitchen. Roof deck is AMAZING for parties or just to chill and sunbath. A+++ We will rent again!
