CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and bay, as well as close to great restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing stay!

The beach house we stayed at was an absolute gem. It’s in close proximity to the beach and was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating, addressing any inquiries or needs promptly and efficiently. Overall, our experience was excellent and we have no complaints! Can’t wait for our next trip back and will 100% stay at this beach house again!

Perfect LBI getaway!

This house exceeded our expectations! A perfect location with an easy walk to the beach and on a street with a street light and cross walk was a major plus for safely crossing the boulevard. The house is very clean and spacious with lots of space inside and outside, watching sunset on the roof top deck every night was a highlight of my week! Highly recommend!

A Must Stay- beautiful, big house

What an amazing week at this house, would come back in a heartbeat. Huge bedrooms, great lounging and entertaining spaces, including a gorgeous roof with crazy views. 2 minute walk to the beach or bay. Can fit so many people and was clean and hosts accommodated our every need! Great for families, girls trips and kids!

Perfect for families

Had the best time! Very clean, lots of bedrooms for kids and adults. Great sunroom and outdoor space in the back. Really comfortable sleeping arrangements, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Beach is a block away. Close to beach haven town for restaurants , shops and amusement/water park.
