Two master bedroom suites make this house ideal for sharing with grandparents or another family. High Speed Internet is provided for your convenience, and a PUR WATER FILTER on the kitchen faucet means you don't need to lug cases of water! A varied selection of puzzles, board games and books is available for your added enjoyment.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

This amazing home is a great value! Water views from all decks! Quiet street! Easy access to the beach! Large open floorplan! This home has it all. Amazing owners who are easy to work with and responsive! This was our 4th year back! Thanks.

JUST PERFECT
This is our second year at this house, which is just perfect for our three families. There are actually 4 bathrooms if you count the powder room, and an outside shower, which is perfect for getting the sand off outside. The location couldn't be better, especially for viewing the fireworks! We loved our stay, and hope to come back!

Back again!
We have just returned home and already thinking of next summer on LBI. This has been a great place to spend our vacation. As our Grand children get older, they are asking for more time at this beach house. This has been our "Happy Place."

Beautiful views..Perfect location
We so enjoyed our week at LBI! The house is in a perfect location, is neat and clean, and so spacious! Janene and Dean are excellent hosts and made the stay so enjoyable! Wonderful rental property with very helpful owner!
We just returned from our first trip to LBI and we loved this rental property for a week away with our 3 little boys. Janene was so helpful from the moment we committed to the vacation all the way through the end of our stay. The house is perfectly situated on a beach block and is walkable to pizza, ice cream, deli / grocery stores, an amazing bakery and a few casual restaurants for the kids. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great stay in Surf City, LBI!
Janene and Dean were such a delight from the very first phone call. They were accommodating, flexible and available if needed. The house was large and very clean. There was plenty of room for the grandparents, parents, and grand kids to gather, but also plenty of space if one needed alone time. The distance to the beach was unmatched along with lots of shops, ice cream, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores within walking distance. I would highly recommend this lovely property.

Perfect Surf City Oceanside Escape!!
Walkable to the beach, ice cream, breakfast, mini golf, Oakies, restaurants....no car needed all week! Janene is the most accommodating and friendly owner who saw to it that our stay was relaxing and hassle free. The home is spread out with plenty of inside and outdoor space. Perfect for our Sweet 16 daughter and her friends while we could have our get away as well. Would highly recommend this impeccably clean home in a great location! Thank you for a great week :)
