Booking for the summer of 2024 This property is located 8 houses from the ocean in the heart of Surf City. It has a front balcony looking down onto Long Beach Blvd, and a rear rooftop deck. It is situated above Surf City Barbershop, and The Bagel Shack and across the street from Northside Bar & Grill. Nearby are Anchor Spirits, Little Sumos Sushi, The Big Dipper Ice Cream, Mario's Deli, Surf City Pizza, and many others. The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (full size bed on bottom, twin bed on top). Each bedroom is equipped with TVs, cable and internet Netflix Washer/Dryer also in the apartment One parking space in the back driveway included and street parking is available.*** IN SEASON WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY** If you are looking to book please do so in a timely manor we will not hold dates for anyone until check clears and contract is signed .50% down to book and remaining 50% is to be paid 90 days prior to your stay so you don’t lose your deposit i highly recommend not dragging your feet Pictures are recent . Super clean new mattresses with mattress covers new furniture updated bathroom kitchen appliances.brand new washer dryer We supply 6 beach badges in season . Towels on premises. Very clean
Very clean, and spacious. Close to everything, the beach, the bay, and shopping. A small take out spot underneath was perfect for grabbing my daughters favorite ice pops!
