Description
Enjoy a cup of coffee sitting out on the deck while watching dolphins swim in the morning surf. Tastefully decorated with an open & airy floor plan. View sunrise over ocean from king bed in master BR on 2nd floor. There are two queen BR on 1st floor along with two twins in another BR on the 1st floor. Br. on 2nd floor has 2 twins. Picnic tables, chairs, lounges on four decks. Fully equipped kitchen with center isle from which both bay and ocean can be viewed. Central air, outdoor shower, Gas grill, beach chairs, secure WiFi & cable. Plenty of off street parking. Beach access is just past the house to the south of us. Our spacious, uncrowded beach is beautiful with clean, soft, powdery, white sand. A very tranquil, non-commercial part of LBI but five minutes from the attractions in Beach Haven.

Spectaular views
From booking the beach house, the spectacular views when we arrived and finding the peaceful retreat my husband and I were looking for, we highly recommend this beach house. Our host was extremely helpful , knowledgeable, reliable and friendly.

Celefration
We met at this beautiful home to celebrate my sister's life. It was the perfect place to reconnect with the nucleus of our family and spend time at the beach which she loved. I was very grateful for the opportunity provided by this host and his home.

My family spent the third week of July in this home after renting another ocean front home a block away for many years.
This property has it all, and Tim is amazingly responsible and accommodating.
It’s a lovely home, very well equipped and has spectacular views of the ocean and bay from 4 decks.

Great host and amazing location. The house is located in a beautiful part of the island. The views are amazing and the access to the beach is perfect.

Expectations exceeded
Beautiful, unobstructed ocean views. Imagine sitting in one spot with a lit fire in front of you. Turn head left, crashing ocean waves. Turn head right, sunset over bay. I opted for off-season solitude but it’s clear Tim has everything you could want for a relaxing beach vacation with the family. Exceeded my expectations.

Sunrise
We had a great stay at Tim’s place. The location right on the sand is amazing. We loved waking up each morning to the sunrise and the easy access to the beach. House was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again!
