Description

Enjoy this beautifully renovated OCEANFRONT first floor, fully renovated condo in Beach Haven! Take in the morning sunrise and listen to the waves crash from your private, oceanfront deck!

The large master bedroom features a brand-new queen mattress and lovely furnishings, beachy wall decor, personal A/C and ceiling fan and access to the front porch from the room.

The second bedroom is just as lovely with a brand new twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, new mattress sets, personal A/C and a ceiling fan.

The living room contains a flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan and A/C unit. The new sofa is a queen sleeper with a new mattress.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a new stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Includes coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils and dish ware needed.

Have your meals at the beautiful table for 4 in the separate dining area.

The unit features a brand new washer and dryer in the storage closet inside the condo.

Enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap sitting in one of the adirondack chairs or at the table for 2!

The condo includes a private grill and private outdoor shower and storage area containing 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards for tenants use.

This 2 bedroom condo is located at the south end of Beach Haven, and includes off street parking for two cars.
4 beach badges will be available for your use during your stay.

Perfect family getaway

This condo was the perfect spot for our family. Your front yard is literally the entrance to the beautiful sandy beaches of LBI. No more dragging kids up and down the blocks with the ol’ beach cart. We had a wonderful time and created great memories with our kids. The unit was decorated beautifully and very clean. We can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We have found our new favorite summer rental! We have been renting different places throughout Beach Haven for a few years and I have finally found a place I will rent over and over again! Super perfect location for a family of 4 with young children: steps to the beach, quiet yet only 2 min from the center of town, the beach wasn’t too busy, and the condo itself was beautifully decorated and maintained. The hosts left a lovely gift for us and we just had such a fantastic stay. We look forward to future vacations here!

Home away from home

This was our third time staying in this condo. It has the perfect location, entrance to the beach literally outside your door. The condo is spotless and has everything you would need to be comfortable. Kid friendly. Neighbors welcoming. The new owners go over and beyond to welcome you and to make sure your stay is perfect. I recommend this spot to everyone!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect for our long weekend.

So happy we stumbled upon this listing when looking for a long weekend for Mother’s Day. Great location, very clean, updated, cozy, and most of all you can’t beat the views and sound of the ocean. It was perfect for our family of four.

A great escape

This unit was simply wonderful. It is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with super accommodating. We came during spring break to get away and get a change of scenery. The location is perfect and we enjoyed our entire week. Definitely would stay here again!
