Enjoy this beautifully renovated OCEANFRONT first floor, fully renovated condo in Beach Haven! Take in the morning sunrise and listen to the waves crash from your private, oceanfront deck!
The large master bedroom features a brand-new queen mattress and lovely furnishings, beachy wall decor, personal A/C and ceiling fan and access to the front porch from the room.
The second bedroom is just as lovely with a brand new twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, new mattress sets, personal A/C and a ceiling fan.
The living room contains a flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan and A/C unit. The new sofa is a queen sleeper with a new mattress.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a new stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Includes coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils and dish ware needed.
Have your meals at the beautiful table for 4 in the separate dining area.
The unit features a brand new washer and dryer in the storage closet inside the condo.
Enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap sitting in one of the adirondack chairs or at the table for 2!
The condo includes a private grill and private outdoor shower and storage area containing 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards for tenants use.
This 2 bedroom condo is located at the south end of Beach Haven, and includes off street parking for two cars.
4 beach badges will be available for your use during your stay.

No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in the unit.
50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of signing the rental agreement. Remaining 50% balance due 60 days prior to check in. Deposit is non-refundable unless unit can be rebooked.

Great location but bring your own everything
The location is quite good. You will look out upon a tall sand dune which blocks your view of the ocean but you can still hear it and smell the air which is nice. However the unit itself is quite austere and unwelcoming. Bring your own dishwasher and laundry detergent, facial tissues, paper towels, garbage bags (we were given two), hand towels, bath soap and shampoo, puzzles, games, playing cards, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. The owners will have you sign a formal lease and require a 10:00 am checkout. I give the unit 4 stars for the location and 2 star for the rest.

Great
We stayed at the condo in July for the first time. It was the perfect location, updated and very clean. The location is great, minutes to Fantasy Island, restaurants and so much more. The hosts are great and even mailed back something we left at the house! Would be great for a weekend getaway in the fall as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway
This condo was the perfect spot for our family. Your front yard is literally the entrance to the beautiful sandy beaches of LBI. No more dragging kids up and down the blocks with the ol’ beach cart. We had a wonderful time and created great memories with our kids. The unit was decorated beautifully and very clean. We can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect Vacation Spot
We have found our new favorite summer rental! We have been renting different places throughout Beach Haven for a few years and I have finally found a place I will rent over and over again! Super perfect location for a family of 4 with young children: steps to the beach, quiet yet only 2 min from the center of town, the beach wasn’t too busy, and the condo itself was beautifully decorated and maintained. The hosts left a lovely gift for us and we just had such a fantastic stay. We look forward to future vacations here!

Home away from home
This was our third time staying in this condo. It has the perfect location, entrance to the beach literally outside your door. The condo is spotless and has everything you would need to be comfortable. Kid friendly. Neighbors welcoming. The new owners go over and beyond to welcome you and to make sure your stay is perfect. I recommend this spot to everyone!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
