Beach Haven Classic oceanside beach cottage fully restored Become part of the friends of 808 S. Beach Ave. Enjoy a timeless retreat.
Wireless internet. Six bedrooms, five queens, six singles.
First floor bedroom with adjoining bath with shower. Two zone central air conditioning with ceiling fans in all gathering rooms and bedrooms. Dining room seats 8 to 10.
Enjoy coffee, tea or something stronger on the front porch. After a day at the beach or bay, have a grilled dinner from the gas grill at the table in the rear garden area or in the dining room
Enclosed outside shower, Two outside dressing rooms, Washer and Dryer on the second floor. Off street parking for five cars. Lanscaped yard maintained weekly by a gardener.
New paint throughout. New Dining Room set, New kitchen and Butler's Pantry. Kitchen also has new Quartz countertops.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
Guests leave in the same condition as on arrival.
Cleaning fee $400
Off season extended weekends of Thurs., Fri., and Sat. or Fri., Sat. and Sun. nights for $2000.
Off season weekends of Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday nights for $1500.
Off season weekend rates may vary depending upon number of guests-- intensity of use.
Manager will detail payment plan in responding email.

Big, beautiful beach house
We rented this house for the family of the groom for our wedding in Beach Haven and it was the perfect fit for several couples and a few single folks. The number of bedrooms and beds was perfect for accommodating many families and individuals and would've also worked if kids had been in the mix. Instead the kids bunk room became a great space for friends just staying a night or two. The big dining room and kitchen were well equipped and the front deck was the perfect place to relax over morning coffee or after a swim at the beach. Location was also great for a short walk to shops and restaurants and a really quick jaunt to the beach. Communication with Bonnie the property manager was also ample and easy. Highly recommend!

Dream Week With Family
This house is a classic old school beach house! The big front porch was my favorite. With 7 adults and 5 kids aged 5-9 it was perfect! Lots of bedrooms for adults with their kids nearby. Big family dining table where we could all eat all together. Short walk to beach and lots of ice cream and mini golf nearby. Nobody wanted to leave!

Amazing and ideal beach house!
We absolutely loved this house! From the moment we arrived, all the amenities made us feel at home and being just a short walk to the beach was incredible. The front porch was a favorite gathering place at night and the dining room was perfect for all of our family dinner buffets. Such a wonderful week in a beautiful beach home!

We love this house!
This was our four-generation family's second visit to this large lovely home and we were more than satisfied. The owner and manager were, as always, a pleasure to work with, and promptly addressed and resolved any concerns we had.
We prefer to eat-in, which makes the dining room with its large table a favorite gathering spot. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a pleasure. The living room is spacious enough to seat us all. My four granddaughters insist the upstairs sun porch is the home's choice bedroom.
A cozy front porch for relaxing and chatting, an outdoor shower. Two blocks to the beach for early morning walks - we found over 50 sand dollars this year! This location is perfect.
We'll be back.

Relaxed, older home in a great location!
I was told by my family that this was one of the best vacations yet!
The home is cozy and comfortable. The house managers could not have been more accommodating and responsive to our questions before and upon arrival.
The location to the beach, restaurants, attractions, grocery store was perfect and most in walking distance. The house is nestled in a quaint and charming New England sea shore neighborhood.
A memorable family trip for sure!
