Stroll to the beach (4 min), splash in your private heated saltwater pool, then enjoy sunsets from the rooftop deck. Park your car and walk everywhere! Bay Village (4 min walk), Fantasy Island (6 min walk), shops, dining. If you have small kids the playground overlooking the marina is a short 7 min walk. Our favorite spot for a morning coffee walk.

We designed the house for unforgettable family memories with multiple living areas and plenty of amenities to ensure everyone, from toddlers to grandparents, have everything they need for a comfortable, fun-filled, and truly unforgettable stay.


Ground Floor: Outdoor Fun & Relaxation
The heated saltwater pool is perfect for a refreshing dip while the covered pool cabana offers a shady retreat with comfortable seating and a dining table – ideal for casual lunches fresh from the beach or afternoon happy hours including a pass through window that connects the inside with the outside. The arcade in the garage with hundreds of games, ping pong table and 65” Smart TV offers plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults alike.

For your convenience, you'll also find:

Pool toys cornhole
A well-stocked beach closet with 3 Beach Umbrellas, 6 Adult Beach Chairs and a Beach Wagon to make your trips to the sand a breeze.


First Floor: Kids Living Room & Peaceful Sleeping Quarters
The house is reverse living, the 1st floor has a living room (ideal for kids) featuring a large 65” TV and multiple board games. There are two Bedrooms with queen beds, two bunk rooms, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer closet and a large balcony with seating off the living room.

One bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin (4 twin beds total) and the other has a twin-over-full and a twin-over-twin (3 twins 1 full). The two bathrooms are modern featuring curbless showers, heated floors and towel warmers.

Second Floor: Bright Main Living, Gourmet Gatherings & Stunning Views
This bright and airy open-concept space seamlessly combines a gourmet kitchen, elegant dining area, and inviting main living room. The kitchen is fully stocked, featuring a large refrigerator (plus an additional drink refrigerator downstairs!), a premium induction cooktop, and a dedicated coffee bar for your morning ritual. The oversized round dining table is perfect for family dinners and opens up to a large main balcony equipped with a gas grill and a covered seating area, another great spot for happy hour. From the main balcony stairs lead you to Rooftop Deck complete with a Fireplace, offering 360 degree views of the island. The perfect spot for sunset cocktails or stargazing.


The fifth bedroom is on this floor, has a king bed, direct access to the third full bathroom (also accessible from the hall), and private access to the back balcony offering views of fantasy island.

We have tried to do our best to equip the house with everything you would need for your stay. High-speed internet with hardwired routers on each floor, built in ceiling speakers on the pool area and 2nd floor. If you drive an electric vehicle, a Level 2 Car Charger is available at no extra cost. For families with little ones, a Pack 'n Play is available. We also provide 8 Beach Badges for your convenience. Quilts and pillows are supplied for all beds; please remember to bring your own linens (sheets and towels).


PLEASE NOTE:

• FAMILY RENTALS ONLY.
• NO PETS & NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind permitted on the property.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PROMS, GRADUATION WEEKS, OR HOUSE PARTIES.
• MINIMUM AGE: Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying at the property.
•RENTAL AGREEMENT: A Short-Term Rental Contract must be signed by the tenant staying at the property.
•VIOLATIONS: Violators of these policies will be evicted immediately without refund and may forfeit their security deposit.

Booking & Payment:
•Deposit: 50% of the rental fee is due with the signed contract to secure your dates.
•Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due 45 days prior to your check-in date.
•Cancellation Policy: If a guest cancels, a refund will be issued only if the owner is able to re-book the same week at the same rental rate. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
•Security Deposit: A security deposit is required and will be detailed in the rental agreement.
•Cleaning Fee: Included in your rental rate.
