Rooted in theatrical history, the home was originally built as The Dolphin Inn. It later served as the home for the cast of actors and musicians of the Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven. Step out of the front door and walk directly to the beach to enjoy beautiful sun filled days on the sand and glorious sunsets on the beach!
Previously known as the Cast House, a theatrically themed vacation rental, the Property was recently renovated and transformed into THE CHLOÉ, a FABULOUSLY chic beach house with a sophisticated flair!

Extended family gathering
We had a family gathering to celebrate a big birthday. The house easily accommodated 23 of us, including 6 kids. Great open floor plan for visiting and socializing with a spacious patio. The kids loved the game room, what a unique offering! Private bathrooms for each was particularly nice. The house was clean, updated and well equipped. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The owner was incredibly responsive and very available. Highly recommend this rental!!!!

Great stay
The house was in a good location. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We had a party of 24 and it easily accommodated all of us. The private bathrooms in each room was a big plus. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Fun at Chloe - A BH Gem
We had 3 generations in the Fabulous Chloe in BH this year. There were 24 of us and we had plenty of room in the common areas to be together but also all had our spacious bedrooms in which to retreat. We were very impressed with the ease of the rental process and check in. So close to the beach we could walk and all the fun BH stuff was a short bike ride away, or a nice walk too. The place had 2 refigerators and a great stove, along with a grill equipped to fire up and feed our crew. It was well appointed and clean, a comfortable place to spend the week. Truly a GEM!

Perfect House and Location
I can't say enough positive things about this home and the owner. I rented this home for 19 of my family members and everyone absolutely loved it. The home is spacious, clean, and updated. The open floor plan allows everyone to be together. There was enough seating in the dining room and living room. The kids especially liked the game room. After a long day at the beach, everyone was able to come back to their bedrooms to shower in their own bathrooms which was amazing! The location allowed us to walk to the beach and the bay to see the sunset in the evening. We were also a short walk to the downtown area of Beach Haven and park. The owner is very responsive and kind. Before my family departed on the final day, we all agreed that we would be back to this home again!

Great house, great memories
We’ve stayed at this house every year for the last 17 years. And since Jacqueline took over, the house has been made even more special. So much room for a family gathering. And it so comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the beach and also to the bay for the most beautiful sunsets. The proximity to “downtown” Beach Haven is also a major plus! A rare find for a large group. Highly recommended!!

Perfect house for friends/families!!
We just stayed at the Chloe House and had the best week!!! Our party was a large group, 12 adults and 6 kids and the house was perfect size and location for our stay! The first floor provided a lovely sanctuary for our kid free adults and the second floor was perfect for all the families with young kiddos to room nearby and everyone had their own bathroom! It can be challenging traveling with such a large group but it was nice that everyone had their own space to retreat to when needed. There was also a large communal living and dining space and a fun bonus game room and the outdoor dining space and front porch also got lots of use.
The home was a perfect location: two blocks from the beach and a short walk back for bathroom breaks or nap time. And just under a mile walk to Fantasty Island and a lot of the restaurants and activities nearby (and a closer walk for coffee and ice cream shops)!
The owner Jacqueline is super responsive and helpful as well!
Would highly recommend and we hope to make this an annual tradition!

Fantastic family vacation
We had the best family vacation staying at this house! The house is amazing, clean, and spacious! Each bedroom having a bathroom is amazing for our big family! It is beautifully decorated and the house has everything you need for a great family vacation! The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed every minute!

Perfect for Family Reunions
This is the third time my extended family has stayed in this house and it just keeps getting better! We had 18 adults and 4 children and the house holds us comfortably. Each room has its own bathroom which is a real luxury for a house this large. The kitchen has everything you need plus two refrigerators which is necessary with this many people.
The recently updated outside has a large table and a beautiful outdoor shower. The front porch is a relaxing place to sit. The owner was in touch during the entire stay and always responds quickly. Everything in the house is new and very clean. I can't recommend this house enough!

Great House!
Great House!
My family loved staying at The Chloe! 24 of us rented the home for my Grandma’s birthday present. She loved everyone being together! The house could comfortably hold all of us. Each of the 10 bedrooms has its own bathroom. It was nice to all be together, but the house is large enough to also allow for quiet time alone. The kids loved the arcade games. The home description is accurate. The owner was very commutative and answered questions in a timely manner prior to our stay and while at The Chloe. She is also able to troubleshoot or monitor safety concerns remotely via the outdoor camera system. The washer and dryer and double refrigerator/freezer were great to have!
