Head up to the multi-tier roof deck where you can enjoy cocktails and relax while taking in the ocean or bay views!
Second floor includes second family/play room for separate kids and adult play areas. 65 inch Smart TV + Roku for movie nights. The second floor consists of 3 Bedrooms: one with 2 sets of twin over full bunks; one room with twin castle loft and queen bed; one room with a king bed. Second floor includes two full bathrooms - one Jack and Jill and a second full bath.
Want a break from the beach? Take a Splash and enjoy the beautiful heated, indoor swimming pool and hot tub. You can enjoy the sun by relaxing around the pool and grill right outside for another easy dining option. The outside shower rounds out the outdoor property.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Spacious, Bright, and Perfect
Our trip included a multi-generation family group. We needed an elevator and a pool to keep everyone happy. We were elated with Holgate Splash!! Swimming whenever you wish for the littles, a block waik to the beach, and an elevator to help Gramma get around. Spacious rooms and bathrooms which were bright and provided room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots and pans. and place settings for a large group.There were bikes for the teens to ride..all in great condition, plenty of chairs for soaking up the sun, and surf board and sand toys for the younger ones. Book this beautiful home for your next beach stay, everyone will be happy! We can't wait until next year.

Excellent Spring Break Stay
The house exceeded our expectations and Eileen was wonderful to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better location and the indoor pool and hottub worked beautifully and made our stay in Holgate extra special. We hope to return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Being at the shore in April was nice and to have the heated indoor pool/hottub was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Highly recommend!
This is the second year we've had a multi-generational vacation at this beautiful house and it doesn't disappoint! The beach is right around the corner and the rooftop deck makes for a beautiful spot to watch the sunset every evening. It's only a five minute drive into Beach Haven with it's downtown shops, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. Our absolute favorite thing about this house is the indoor pool. A rainy day never ruins our vacation. I highly recommend.

Fun Times Rain or Shine!
Great family vacation at Holgate Splash! Perfect amount of room for our family. Great location. Short walk to beach, short walk to bay. Indoor pool and spa on rain days! How can you beat that? We enjoyed everything about this property and look forward to returning in 2022! Thank you for sharing your home and helping us to create amazing memories with our family!

Best Family Vacation
Thank you for the fantastic family vacation. We used the amazing indoor pool everyday and the location is just a quick walk to the beach. The elevator helped my father navigate the whole house with ease. This is an amazing house.
