This home is ideal for large or multiple families and will comfortably sleep twelve people. The top floor has an open kitchen, dining area, deck, spacious family room, half bath and a king master suite. The second floor boasts two bedrooms with twin over full bunk beds and a twin bed, a third bedroom with a full-size bed and second floor deck access, a full bathroom and a second master with en suite full bath and deck access. The second floor also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There is one car garage on the ground level and ample room for parking multiple cars in the driveway. There is an outdoor shower in, clothesline, propane grill and a new table and chairs in the back yard. A white vinyl fence was just installed to provide privacy to the yard. *** New for 2024 Don’t feel like heading to the beach or the bay? Fantastic LBI escape
Not one to write reviews, but I know how difficult it is to find a family beach house sight unseen.
I had the pleasure of finding this gem of a property, it is truly a home away from home. Comfy, Cozy beach house with all the modern conveniences. This find was well beyond my expectations. This will be a yearly escape for us and our family and friends.
Newly owned, freshly painted and beautifully decorated home. A quieter end of the island in Holgate. Lends to tranquil sunrises and sunsets all accessible from the outdoor deck. One house away from the beach, so it is a breeze going back and forth whether you're 70 like me or a little toddler that can't wait to play on the beach.
Low tide unveiled a beautiful sandbar that was perfect for toddlers and myself to venture out into the water without fear of waves. Perfect for skim boarders and shell collectors. The beach is spotlessly clean, soft beautiful sand and very accessible. Five minutes away from fantastic restaurants, Amusement park, and adorable shops filled with local artists and memorable treasures.
The owner is putting in a pool for next summer which will make your stay even more fabulous. RUN to your nearest phone and book for next summer!!!!!!

Lovely week at the beach!
My family and I rented this home for a week before the summer season officially began and we had a lovely time! The location made getting to the beach each day right across the street a breeze! The house was perfect for our extended family of 8 plus a toddler. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were available to us in the garage, as well as the outdoor shower and grill out back. The home was very clean and comfortable. Big thanks to Kevin who made planning easy and answered any questions we had along the way. Highly recommend for your family vacation.
