Our charming and completely updated Victorian first floor unit has been impeccably maintained and is located on a very desirable street in the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club section of Beach Haven.
Our home is located just steps to the beach, the bay and all that the town has to offer such as Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Thundering Surf Water Park and much more.
The front to back layout allows for flow and functionality. Beyond the sun drenched sunroom is a spacious living room, dining room, three nicely appointed bedrooms, an updated bathroom and a functional eat-in kitchen. On the back deck are 2 dining tables and several Adirondacks which provide for ample seating, as well as, a private outdoor shower and barbecue, which all make for a true indoor, outdoor experience. There is a 2 car driveway as well as on street parking in front of the house, and 6 beach badges are included in the rental price.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and all other cooking and dining necessities that you'll need during your stay.
In the private shed are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach cart available for your use.
What I love most about our home is its charm, prime location and versatility. It is close to everything, but is located on a quiet beach side street which makes it ideal for young families.
If you're planning on vacationing with another family, but occasionally desire a bit more privacy, the upstairs unit is available for simultaneous seasonal rental during SELECT weeks. (Ask owner if this option is available during your desired dates)
For off season rentals, we request a 2 night minimum

We have been renting on LBI for many years, and from Meghan for 3 years. Not only is her home comfortable, well-supplied, and beautifully kept up, but she provides so many extras--bikes of every size, beach gear (including chairs, umbrellas, towels, and kids' toys). This year we even found she had left shampoo, which we had forgotten to pack. And she responds immediately to any query. Also the location is great. Half a block from a beautiful part of the beach and walkable to "downtown," with food, ice cream, mini-golf, shopping--even a theater, museum, playground, and library nearby. The best!
