Private first floor master suite with queen bed and second floor master appointed with queen bed and pull out queen sofa sleeper. Three additional bedrooms on the second floor with two rooms having 2 twin beds in each and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Main bathroom located on second floor.
Smart TVs with streaming capabilities located in each bedroom and living area. Head outdoors on a beautiful summer evening to relax on spacious decks and BBQ. Recreational garage area for additional entertainment!
Other amenities include 8 beach badges, beach chairs, outside shower, WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, plenty of parking, and gas grill.
NO Pets, NO Smoking, the cost of lost or misplaced beach badges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Great Home!
We loved this home from start to finish! The location is incredible - a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Bay Village. The home itself is beautiful and very well taken care of. The indoor space is fantastic and comfortably holds multiple families. The outdoor space includes a great front porch, which is perfect for AM coffee and PM sunsets. The backyard area has plenty of room to hang out and play games. It also has a large deck for eating as well as covered space under the deck. Communication with the owner was consistent and helpful throughout. We highly recommend!!

Beautiful house, close to the beach!
This was our 2nd year renting this amazing house. Open concept first floor is great for having everyone together. The garage with ping pong table, tv, couch was a great spot for the kids to hang out. The house came with everything you need for the beach which was great since we didn’t need to pack any of that! My favorite part about the house was the front porch! We had coffee in the morning and drinks in the evenings! Awesome spot we will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful beach home
We had a wonderful week in this home. Walkable to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. House is very clean and updated. A nice amount of beach chairs and umbrellas are included. Many options for sitting outside along with fun activities for families to enjoy together such as corn hole and ping pong. Another bonus is the owner. She was very easy to communicate with.

Spacious home in a great location
We stayed at Andrea‘s home and had a wonderful time! We were two families and my parents. It did not feel crammed at all. Plenty of space and each bedroom had a television. Great location! We were close to fantasy Island and pier Village. 7-Eleven is right next-door, very convenient. Two blocks from the beach. The house is immaculately clean and has many beach chairs and umbrellas. Great front porch to hang out and people watch. The backyard has many great features. Spacious yard with corn hole, giant connect four, and a grill. There’s a garage with a giant television and a ping-pong table. My only complaint is that we were not allowed to open the garage door. Therefore we didn’t use the room much because it felt like being in a basement. Everything else was great! Andrea is so easy to work with!!

Amazing Rental Property - Beach Haven, LBI NJ
House was spacious and newly renovated so everything felt modern but comfortable. The location is extremely convenient and the owner was so easy to work with, accommodating and generous. Highly recommend!

Loved, loved, loved this home
Clean! Modern! Great location!
This house is great for two smaller families to share (We were a total of 7)! The two over spacious master bedrooms, each with their own master bathroom, on each floor gave us our privacy when we needed it. The other bedrooms were good a size as well. The common area was also spacious with an open floor concept which made for great interaction. Home was completely remodeled and decorated nicely.
The backyard is pretty big for down the shore and the raised deck provided cover underneath for the one day it rained. We were able to still sit outside and play cornhole without getting wet. In addition, the garage was set up as a common area/game room with a giant flatscreen TV which provided more room for people to hangout if the weather was bad.
Don’t let the location of being adjacent to 7-11 fool you. The building provided a sound barrier from the main Blvd while in the backyard. It was a non issue with traffic or people.
Highly recommend renting this home!

Beautiful house!
We had a great week at the house! The house is beautifully done and has everything you need! Such a treat to stay in a newly done home. The kitchen was stocked and we loved the big dining table we could all sit at (5 adults and 4 kids). Having 3 full baths and the outdoor shower was also really nice ... so no one ever had to wait to shower or use the bathroom. The washer and dryer are great and so is everything in the kitchen. The 6 beach chairs, 6 beach badges and 2 umbrellas provided by the house were awesome.
Outside there’s a great deck with a big table and backyard for playing, with an overhang that has furniture under it! We secured 7 bikes with locks back there with no problem and it didn’t interfere with play space for the kids.
The front porch is the bessttt. It’s big so all of the adults got to experience the beautiful breeze together each night!
The location cannot be beat. We walked and biked to everything we needed- takeout food, Hands store, the bike rental shop, Jingles fishing pole rentals, Ben and Jerry’s, fantasy island, All the Bayview shops, the beach, the bay, restaurants- we were right near it all!!
The homeowner was responsive and great to work with!

Beautiful home
We had a fantastic week in LBI. This house is beautiful and was very clean. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 kids. Great outdoor space for hanging out, eating, and kids had space to run around and play. The owner was super friendly and a pleasure to work with. We cannot day enough good things about this house! Will definitely rent again!

Great Week at the Beach
From start to finish, top to bottom, this house was great. The owner Andrea was so so sweet and made everything so easy. She was in constant communication and extremely helpful, from as little as garbage reminders to allowing us to use her own beach chairs. The open concept was amazing for our big group (7 adults, 4 kids). It is in a great location within walking distance to everything. Both the front and back porches made morning coffee and evening dinner so delightful, especially the breeze on the front porch. We had a few rain storms (quick LBI type) and the front porch allowed for us to still be outside and not get soaked. The furniture under the deck also allowed for the kids to still play in the yard during the rain. I would rent this home again and recommend it to anyone looking to rent in LBI!
