Description
Pet and family friendly, full renovated master bedroom and bathroom. Has fenced in backyard with grill and fire pit. Three level patios, including roof top deck. Walk to Viking Village shopping, restaurants, playground, mini golf, ice cream shops, Pickleball and Basketball courts,State Park, Lighthouse, and concert pavilion. 6 Bikes provided for you to enjoy during your stay.
You can take the Barnegat Light Beach Tram to and from the beach. Just walk, drive or ride your bike to the end of 9th Street. The tram stops approximately every 10 minutes. It operates the same hours as the lifeguards, 10:00am to 5:00pm, it does not operate from 1:00pm to 2:00pm when the driver has lunch. Last pick-up to leave the beach is around 5:00pm. The tram is free, however all passengers (over 11 years-old) must have a current beach badge. Load up the kids and your beach goodies. When you want to return to the house from the beach, simply wait at the park benches at the beach, the Barnegat Light Beach Tram will take you back to 9th Street. There is also a guarded children's bay beach on 25th Street if desired. New!!!! Take the LBI Shuttle from Barnegat Light to Holgate. Leave your vehicles behind and go anywhere on LBI via the shuttle. From June 25th to September 3rd (7 days a week)

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Our return visit was even better
Our extended family rented this home for the second year, and we will be back for a third. It is the perfect location. We have young kids and they are begging to make this a yearly family tradition. The house and location are perfect. Everything you need is at hand or a short trip away. The location is serene, while still offering nearby playgrounds, restaurants, shops, and a short walk to BL's amazing beaches.
A special thank you to Brian and his family for being incredible to work with, amazingly responsive and pleasant. We continue to look forward to visiting.

Gorgeous house, excellent location
We had a family reunion here last month and it was wonderful from top to bottom. Brian was wonderful to work with - easy to talk to, flexible, and more than willing to be helpful to make sure everything went smoothly. He even had small "welcome" toys there for our two little kids. Such a kind gesture.
The house itself is great. It is open and inviting and easy for everyone to be together or to step away and have their own space. The backyard is perfect for grilling and group dinners. The roof deck provides incredible views of the bays and is an excellent spot to unwind at the end of night.
A short walk away is basically everything you need in Barnegat Light -- gorgeous beaches, the bay, restaurants, mini-golf, and delis. For the kids, right next door is a large park/playground.

Worth every penny!
Never had we spent this much on a beach house before....but let me just say, it was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Wow. This place is *spacious* -- kids were thrilled to have so much room and they absolutely loved the little details. Youngest ones were tickled over the shark and octopus pillows, night lights, and kid radio; tween was excited for her own room and loved the daybed; and teenager was very happy with his own sliding door access to second floor deck and roof deck. (Roof deck was a big bonus for star gazing.) The property was set up perfectly for kids of all ages. And for us adults--what a treat to stay in such a beautifully appointed home! While we cooked- which was a joy- older ones stayed and played the ring game and magnetic darts in the garage and little kids went to the playground, which is practically next door. Everyone loved watching the dogs romp in the dog park across the street, too. Location was literally perfect - walking distance (less than a mile) to the beach, ice cream, restaurants inc the awesome diner, the lighthouse, live music by the bay during 2 weeknights, shopping in Viking Village... We couldn't have been in a better spot. I should add that the owners were super, super responsive when we had questions. This property is just gorgeous and is a terrific addition to the rental market in BL, so excited to have it! One last note for incoming renters- master bed is a queen not a king, just in terms of sheets to bring. Great house, amazing week of vacation!
