Description
This fully renovated house located in the heart of Barnegat Light is just 1 block from the ocean. You are within walking distance of Viking Village and all the great shops there.
You can relax in the cool air inside the house with dual zone central air cooling for the ultimate in comfort. On the Main floor, there is a brand new gourmet kitchen with extra large island fully stocked with pots, pans and everything else you would need to cook a family dinner. The large fridge will hold all your food for the week, and you can keep all your beverages in the beverage fridge in the island. The dining area has an extra large custom dining table to seat 10+ people all at one table. You can also relax and watch the large flat panel TV in the family room. There is a 500 sq.ft. deck out the back of the house set up for family gatherings, where you can cook on the included Weber Gas Grill.
Upstairs you can enjoy relaxing in the den with an extra high vaulted ceiling, or in one of the 4 Bedrooms on that floor. There are 2 full bathrooms with extra large showers.
The ground floor has plenty of space to store all of your beach items. You can relax in the large sun room enjoying your morning coffee. Modern washer and dryer is also on the ground floor. Double outdoor shower also available on the ground level.
High-speed Internet and Wifi is included with the rental. The house is energy efficient and has solar panels on the roof. We are also electric-car friendly with both a 20 amp 120v circuit and a dedicated 50 amp 240v outlet for charging your Tesla or any other electric car.
Barnegat Light is a quiet family friendly town with plenty to keep the family entertained. The clean wide open beaches are great for enjoying the surf, or just laying out in the sun. There is a new miniature golf course close by, plenty of dining options, the historic lighthouse, and the fishing docks to visit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - There is a maximum capacity of 14 (10 Adults Maximum + 4 Children under 16). The Beds are only provided for 14.

Great house for Thanksgiving
This is our 3rd year renting this house for a large family thanksgiving and we have loved it every year. Dan is wonderful and we have great memories every year

Great House - Has Everything You Need!
We had a great week at this house! It's really nicely furnished, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. We loved the touch of leaving a beach bag with some essentials which we could keep. It's close to the beach and Viking Village so you really don't need to get in your car - which we didn't. Dan was responsive to anything we needed and helpful and we are planning to rent again next summer!

Great house
2005 Central Avenue Barnegat Light is a great property. Plenty of space for an extended family or large group. Great spaces indoors and outdoors for family time and alone time. We had an issue with the dishwasher and Dan came and installed a new one the next day! We would be happy to rent this property or any property that Dan owns.

Great place for a family vacation
We've rented this home for five years now and we have always enjoyed our stay. The house itself is so well furnished and equipped. It accommodates our family of ten with room to spare. Beach access is only one block away, and we often walk to other nearby attractions, including the lighthouse and state park, Jen's Links mini golf, Poppy's Ice Cream, and Viking Village. God willing, we'll be back again next year!

Fantastic NYE get away
We had a great time this year at LBI. Our family have been vacationing on LBI for over 50 years and it gets better every year. This is the second year we stayed at Dan’s house and it is amazing! It was fully equipped with all the essential needs. It was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed how spacious the house is.
I highly recommend this house if you have a large family and want to stay together while vacationing at LBI.

Great House for Thanksgiving stay

Spacious, beachy, nice
Spent a week here and felt at home. Plenty of room and multiple spaces to relax and entertain. Liked the open floor plan on the main floor and outdoor spaces to read and have coffee. Great proximity to the beach and bay (and more importantly How You Brewin?). Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, our families had a blast.
