Home includes balconies off of two bedrooms, top of the line stainless steel appliances, engineered hardwood flooring, custom tile flooring and back splash, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry throughout. Surf City's "hidden bay beach" right across the street for mooring boats and swimming. Bring your kayaks, fishing rods and paddle boards for endless aquatic fun just steps from the porch! Six beach badges available. Bring family bikes to ride the short distance to the beach!
First Floor -
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a family room with a wet bar and full sleeper sofa. The first floor deck is accessible via the family room sliding glass door and has spectacular bay views with rocking chairs for cocktails. With a sleeper sofa this family room (includes Smart TV) can also function as the home's 5th bedroom.
Bedroom #1 = Queen Bed (Junior Suite - front of house, overlooking bay) with two closets
Bathroom/Junior Suite = Walk in shower adjacent to Junior Sweet and accessible to other guests on this level
Bedroom #2 = Bunk room (one twin bunk and one twin over full bunk)
Bedroom #3 = 2 Twin Beds with a private balcony
Bathroom #2 = Hallway bath with full tub accessible to this level

Incredible Open Concept Floor Plan. Large kitchen island with stunning granite countertops is open to the dining & living area.
Last but not least, the spacious Master Suite with king bed has a large closet, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony.

Peaceful Paradise
I recently had the pleasure of renting this delightful home, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious and tastefully decorated interior was immaculately clean, and every room was thoughtfully furnished for both comfort and functionality. The highlight for me was all the amazing decks. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to local amenities and attractions. Moreover, the owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making my stay seamless and enjoyable. I can not speak more highly of their kindness and attention to detail. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming home away from home.

2 Weeks of Bay Front Bliss!
We had an amazing 2 weeks at this beautiful bay front home! Everything was just perfect! We loved the location. The sunsets were spectacular and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Beach Haven (but could visit when we wanted:). The house was decorated like something out of a magazine! We also loved having the master bedroom on the top floor, away from the kids. The kids enjoyed having their own living space, with fridge, away from us. The backyard was also perfect for corn hole. We often rode our bikes into town. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway
This home is absolutely beautiful and the perfect getaway to the beach. I especially enjoyed the stunning views of the bay and the easy walk to so many restaurants, shops, and the beach!

SIMPLY SPECTACULAR!!
I rented this home for my husband and I as a surprise for his 60th birthday this past fall. Although it was much bigger than I needed for just the 2 of us, I couldn’t resist! We vacation for 2 weeks each summer at a home nearby so we watched as this fabulous house was being built and when I saw that it was available for rent, I jumped at the chance. My husband was thrilled! We’ve rented many houses in LBI over the years but this home is special. Special because the owners don’t approach it as a rental property. They approach it as their own home that they are opening to ‘friends.’ And that is how you’ll feel from the moment you step inside – like you are friends being welcomed into their home. It’s abundantly clear that every detail in this home was lovingly and thoughtfully chosen with comfort and enjoyment in mind. The décor in each and every room is stunning - as if out of a magazine! So much so that I actually asked the owner if they had it professionally decorated! The kitchen is a dream, the primary bedroom suite and bath are spa-like and the views from the decks and Great room are tremendous. The location is perfect – easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants and activities and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Owners were wonderful and quick to reply to any questions/concerns. Loved everything about this home - I only wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend but we will absolutely be back!
