Policies
$70 Flat Fee Damage Insurance Policy Available.
All leases must be signed within 3 days of receipt with 50% Deposit received within 5 business days of signed lease. Space is not held until deposit received. All balances due within 30 days of arrival. Linens can be rented through BHHS office and orders must be in within 25 days of arrival.

Something for everyone
We were fortunate to rent this gem of a house for 2 weeks. At times we were 3 generations sharing the house and enjoying the amenities. What's better than being able to just take a towel and a chair and walk across one dune to enjoy the beautiful beach and the the surf? The house has several terraces where one can sit, watch, read, meditate, talk..... or just be by yourself for some peace and quiet. Of course we all gravitated to the pretty and the, at night magical backyard with colorful lights, a fire pit and the Splash pool with it's waterfall! This was by far the biggest hit with the kids, and us "older" folks, we also appreciated the elevator, that made bringing suitcases and groceries upstairs a breeze! The house is very spacious, has a great open floor plan on the main floor for gathering, playing and sharing meals, and is tastefully decorated! The house is uncluttered but had everything you needed - there were games for the kids, bikes and beach chairs in the garage - everything had it's place, so no running around trying to located things. We appreciated that some towels and the bedding was included - what a relief with so many different people and bed sizes that that was off our minds! For us local New Jersey-ans, how lucky are we to have LBI and a gorgeous house like that in our backyard! Definitely a keeper!

Beautiful Vacation Home
This place is incredible and we are very fortunate to have had 10 beautiful days here in LBI. For a home this size and all of its amenities you simply cannot beat it. The interior was spotless and the layout extremely spacious. From the fun decorations and artwork to the new wall paneling, you can really tell that the owners take great care of this home. The beautiful kitchen and ocean views from several decks don’t do the listing justice. Washing dishes on vacation wasn’t so bad with the perfect spot to watch the surfers every morning! The walking distance to cute coffee shops, breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream and mini golf was perfect and the street still very quiet. The best location on the island in my opinion. The kids enjoyed the very few steps to the beach and the perfect size pool. What more can you ask for. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Thank you so much for having us!

Beach in the winter
My husband and I needed a little time away but needed to be driving distance from our home. We decided to take a little trip to LBI as this is where we typically spend our summers but have never been to LBI in the winter. We found this home through a friend of a friend and renovations were just completed. The Owners are top notch professionals and completely willing to go out of their way to give us a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and they had everything we needed. The weather was quite warm for NJ winter and once we arrived, we basically walked or rode our bikes everywhere. It was very quiet in the evenings and we were pleasantly surprised as to how much remained open in the winter for food, shopping and things to do. The location, beautiful interior (fireplace, large TV with surround) cleanliness, ocean/beach view and open feel of this home made our stay memorable and exceptional. We don’t usually rent from the same place twice as we like to explore new homes and locations but this place is worth coming back to. Great Home!!!

Winter Get Away, So Peaceful
We decided to get some winter LBI time and it was exactly what the Dr. ordered!!! So peaceful and quiet and the weather was surprisingly warm. We were able to walk to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner even though most places are closed in the winter.. But there are so many nearby options that we went to a different place each day. Sunsets were amazing and we even drove our SUV on the beach to go surf fishing after purchasing a pass for $25 from Surf City Police department. Bikes and air compressor were in the garage and made our stay easy. Fireplace was great to come home to in evenings as we watched movies on the incredible TV and Surround System. All in all, it was better than we had expected!!!

Great family place !!
This house is really nice. One house from the ocean. Ocean view inside house. Very clean and spacious. My family loved the house, and the area, and also the salt water pool. I would highly Recomend checking this place out if you are planning a vacation at the shore

129 East 5th Ship Bottom
I was blessed this year to be at this property twice for a week each time. The first week we were in awe of this home, just 2 houses from the ocean. It has a unique layout with open concept living area on the 3rd floor, provides wonderful ocean views from the kitchen/dining area and living area. The ability to go onto the deck with Adirondack chairs and 2 high top tables and take in the sights and sound of the sea was truly magically. Even the bedroom area on the 2nd floor had a deck with water view from each bedroom. All 4 bathrooms are done in excellent taste. Myself being a builder recognized the quality with which this relatively new home was built. on our first visit the unique backyard had a high quality gas grill and a large Tiki bar with a thatched straw roof, very cool. but when we returned for our 2nd visit the back yard was transformed having a pond shaped pool with the largest backyard waterfall i have ever seen. The grounds were totally landscaped complete with pavers. It also had one feature which I really loved, a large built in gas firepit. It is our plan to spend time at this amazing rental with friends and family. On our last morning as I watched the sun rise over the ocean and the suns warm red light shinning over the water I saw dolphins playing in the morning light. Wow what a blessing.

Amazing spot
If you have kids this is the place for you !!!! Amazing setup throughout the house and super convenient that you can walk right out your front door and you’re on the beach …. Doing dishes has never been so relaxing as you’re scrubbing your plates you’re looking at the waves ! Owners

Beauty AND comfort AND function! OH MY
I've been vacationing on LBI my whole life. It is a part of me. I am an interior decorator so sometimes it's hard to find a house that I can really say...."does it for me". But the minute I arrived, I knew that something special was happening here. I felt immediately at home. The ocean views from practically all the rooms made my heart sing. I actually got a little emotional. The layout , the furniture placement , that fireplace!..and well thought out unique touches everywhere you turn really really affected me. My husband is still talking about it. What a wonderful place. Truly.
