Beautiful, Single Family, 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home in Beach Haven Terrace - ocean side w/roof top deck!! Extremely spacious living area - great for families with room for everybody. Patio/back garage access can dub as indoor/outdoor area for rainy days. A block from beach and walkable to restaurants, ice cream, liquor stores, wawa, the bay etc.

Special features include, Central Air, High Chair, Pack and Play as well as 8 beach badges (not guaranteed). 2 tv's (1 smart in living room for Netflix/hulu login), dvd/vcr. Outdoor Shower. Tenant responsible for all linens for bedrooms, including pillows.

Security deposit

Tenant agrees to pay security deposit of $500.00. This security deposit will be held in a separate account and returned to the tenant approximately two (2) weeks after rental period terminates, but no later than 30 days, so long as all rent is paid and the property is left clean and undamaged. If the home is not clean, owners will deduct a $100.00 cleaning fee from the security damage deposit. Owners will notify the tenant of any dirt and damage claims prior to releasing these monies.

All Around Great Place

Spacious home in a great location. Our family had more than enough room to be comfortable and space for guests! Owners were responsive and amazing to work with throughout the process. Access to the garage for storage of our bikes and beach gear was an added bonus!

Absolutely Perfect!!

This house is absolutely perfect...bright, airy, cheerful and clean. The living room is HUGE and ideal for hanging out with family. We loved the extra space in the garage-we had 1 rainy afternoon so we set up corn hole and kept the kids busy in there. Location is PERFECT!!!! Just a short walk to the beach, bay, restaurants and ice cream. The Wawa on the corner made last minute food items quick to pick up. We will definitely book again!

Great Vacation Rental

We had a great family vacation. The home is spacious with an open floor plan. Its has a double lot with plenty of parking. There is also a wonderful roof deck where we spent a lot of time. Close to the beach and some great restaurants. Wawa is steps away if you forget anything. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed!

This was the perfect family getaway for us. We made so many memories here. There is plenty of space for an extended family trip. We loved the roof top patio and the spaciousness of the place. The kids loved the bunk room. Easy walk to the beach, lots of walkable spots nearby. We loved the Terrace Tavern across the street. Short drive to the town shops, water park, amusement park, and playground. Heck, we even found 7 sand dollars on this beautiful beach!!
