Enjoy our stunning, 2900 sf contemporary oceanfront home with breathtaking ocean views. The home is located on a lifeguarded block and is immediately adjacent to beach access. Designed and built by Mancini Homes, our home offers an open reverse living design. The rooftop deck has stunning ocean and bay views and is furnished with a full sectional and fire pit for relaxing while taking in the amazing sunsets.
The renovations this past offseason are complete. The house has a new air conditioning system on the main floor, the fiberglass decks have been refinished and gel coated, the entire house has been freshly painted and decorated, the back yard has been partially fenced in, furniture added, and is being nicely landscaped. Be the first to enjoy this newly updated, much loved home during the 2020 rental season!
The 2nd floor includes a spacious great room with a 65" Samsung flat screen TV, tile floors and vaulted ceilings, oversized dining area, nicely supplied kitchen, roomy master bedroom (with deck access) and an oversized en-suite full bathroom, and an additional half bath for guests. The full-length fiberglass deck has two patio table sets and chairs, a Weber gas grill, and offers one of the best ocean views on the island.
The 1st floor includes a cozy family room with flat screen TV, new queen sofa bed, refrigerator/beverage cooler, and sliding door to deck and hot tub; one bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bath; a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with dual full/full bunk beds. There is an additional full bathroom in the 1st floor hall.
Other features include 2 story faulted foyer, tiled and granite bathrooms, laundry room, 2 outdoor showers, 2 car garage with another refrigerator, paved driveway with room for 4 cars, partially fenced yard, and walkway. There is a full-size ping pong table in the garage, a corn hole set for use in the yard, and numerous sand toys. The home includes Wi-Fi throughout; surround sound system in the 2nd floor great room, on the 2nd floor deck, and the 1st floor family room; a total of 3 flat screen TV's with cable, 1 flat screen tv with a DVD player, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 8 beach badges, and 4 adult bicycles.
The maximum occupancy for the home is 12.
We offer a 5% discount off of the total rental price when booking two or more consecutive weeks.
No pets and no smoking please.
Additional services are available (linens, towels, extra cleaning etc.) for an additional fee. We can provide options for you.

Policies
Once we agree and decide to proceed with the rental, I will send you a copy of our Rental Agreement with all the terms and conditions. You can then review the agreement, sign two copies, and return them along with a 50% rental deposit within 14 days of booking.
The 50% rental deposit is due within 14 days to hold booking along with signed rental agreements.
The remaining 50% of the rent is due 30 days prior to your stay along with the security deposit.
Owner's Cancellation Policy:
Tenant’s request for cancellation must be given in writing. Tenant will receive 100% refund of payments made with written notification to owner at least 90 days prior to check-in. Within 90 days of check-in, tenant will receive a refund of payments made, only if the owner is able to re-rent the property.
No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond the control of the owner.
We recommend all guests purchase trip insurance to cover any possible cancellations.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 Years of age

Beautiful Beach Front Home
The house is beautiful and well maintained. It has everything you need for a beach rental. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. House includes all the amenities needed for enjoying your day at the beach and evenings at home. You will enjoy a wonderful experience in a very spacious and comfortable home.

Amazing LBI Beachfront Home
This house was everything and more! Neal the owner had absolutely amazing communication throughout the rental process and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! He provided local dinner recommendations, ice cream parlors for kids etc! The house overall was very clean and equipped with tons of beach chairs, umbrella's and toys for the kids. Even on the one rainy day we had during our stay we still had tons to do with the ping pong table and hot tub! It doesn't get much better than this being literally directly on the beach making it easy to walk back for lunch or bathroom breaks. Overall this is a really amazing family rental, I highly suggest booking a stay.

Outstanding Vacation Rental
My family and I have rented in the past from the Weitman family (stayed twice in their previous LBI beach house). We were excited to come visit and vacation in their new home... and we are so glad we did! First, the Weitman family is a pleasure to interact with... very straightforward, very responsive, and very welcoming. The house is beautiful! Right on the beach, but even when you are inside you feel like you are still on the beach because the main living room is all windows with beautiful views of the ocean. Everything inside is new and very clean, well kept, and well decorated. House is fully equipped with everything you could need. Can't wait to return!
