Great Stay!
What a week! Had a great family vacation at this house. On the same block as the beach and awesome location to great bars/restaurants/ice cream/convenience stores. Nice set up out back with grill and some room for games. Overall a great stay, very clean, and Bob the owner was incredibly responsive anytime we had a question.

We had a great week at the house. The weather was fantastic and the location was perfect for us. Only negative comment would be the mattresses in the room with twin beds were not comfy. If they were replaced with new inexpensive mattresses, we would definitely rent next year

Excellent location, great house, a few amenities missing
The house is well taken care of and has all the creature comforts. It lacks a dryer that I had failed to notice in the write up. The clothes line did fine for drying though. In the kitchen, it was difficult to find items as there isn’t enough storage space and it lacked some essentials like cookie sheets. The DVD player would not recognize a disk but the house has Cable TV and Wi Fi so we weren’t troubled by no DVD player. The beds were very comfortable and the ACs kept us cool. The grill needed upgrading. Altogether, I was extremely impressed and pleased by the house and property. We recommend the house to friends and family.

The property is clean, spacious and less than a block from the beach. We loved it. We'll be back!!!
I have been coming to LBI for summer vacations for over 50 years. Most of the homes we rented were very like this property. It has 3 bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining room and lounge areas, and a well kept grass back yard. It is 5 houses from the beach and within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. If you want a break from the beach, there are lounge chairs in the back yard. We were blessed with good weather for the week, but there is plenty of room to sit, read, watch TV, etc if the weather doesn't cooperate. We loved it

Great house for family vacation. Had a great time. Enjoyed the spacious house and yard.
The house was great. Highly recommend it. Only thing, owner should put in a clothes drier and an additional AC in dining area. Other than that not a bad thing to say. Bob the owner really tries to make your stay great.

Great beach home in perfect location!!
We loved our stay here. The home was in a perfect location of LBI. Close to the beach, restaurants and many other points of interest. Very comfortable and homey! The owners were very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this property and definately hope to rent again.
