3 E Seabreeze Ave, 2nd Floor is in a delightful Oceanside duplex that is centrally located on Long Beach Island directly across the street from the ACME supermarket and one block from the famous Skipper Dipper ice cream shop. It's just a short walk to the white sand beach that LBI is famous for. This unit is a two bedroom get away that sleeps 7 with a comfortable living room, dining table, washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. TVs offer cable boxes and Amazon firesticks and are Netflix and other streaming services ready. There is high-speed internet/Wi-fi. In addition, the unit offers an ocean-view deck with a table, a fenced in yard, a gas BBQ, a private outdoor shower (one for each unit of the duplex) with hot and cold water, off street parking for 2 cars and a bonus room with a TV, a foosball table, a basketball game, an air hockey table and a couch and chairs with plenty of room for hanging out. Each unit has it's own separate bonus room that has a locking door. All rooms are adequately air conditioned to cool you off from the summer heat. Bed linens (1 twin, 1 full, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed/pullout), pillows and towels are NOT provided. 4 Beach badges are included. CAN BE COMBINED WITH LISTING #851 to occupy the entire house. Unit has been completely painted, refreshed and redecorated with the addition of new furniture for the 2022 season. There are no pets allowed.

Great Family Spot
Excellent location on the island, easy access to beach, restaurants and Acme. Game room was awesome for the kids. Clean, updated, and thoughtful touches made this an excellent stay. Thank you!

Great location and interior
The property is a short walk from both the beach and right across from Acme. The inside was spacious and the games in the downstairs area added to the experience.

Fantastic, cozy and close to everything!
This is a really cute little place for a beach vacation. Acme is across the street so it's easy to grab anything you forgot to get on your way in. Kitchenware is all there. Beach is visible and an easy walk. Skipper Dipper Ice cream shop is practically next door. And there is a Fantastic deck to have coffee or cocktails on!
