Description
Look no further than our ocean block home located in one of the best spots on LBI. Our home is only 6 houses from the beach and within a short walking distance to the Skipper Dipper and ACME supermarket. Located in Beach Haven Terrace, we are close to Bay Village for family activities and numerous restaurants, yet far enough away to enjoy quiet family time.
There are two living levels to this large 4 bedroom 3.5-bathroom house. On the second level you will find 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms and a Family Room. Bedroom #1: Master with Queen bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2: Queen bed. Bedroom #3: Bunk bed – Lower bunk full size mattress and top bunk twin size mattress. All bedrooms have a comforter and pillows provided. There is a 2nd hall bathroom with a tub and shower. In addition, the family room on this level has a large flat screen TV with a large couch, all opening to a large private shaded deck. Lastly, there is a laundry room with a large washer and dryer.
On the 3rd level, you will enjoy ocean views from the open space that includes the kitchen, dining area and living space. The upscale kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring stainless appliances and granite counters with a large peninsula with 4 stools. There is an adjacent table in the dining area that seats 8 people providing glimpses of both the ocean and bay through the panoramic windows. The upstairs living area features a large flat screen smart TV. Off the living area is a deck to enjoy sun for most of the day and shade in the afternoon. The deck has captain chair outdoor dining seats for 6 people to enjoy dinner outside during the sunset. There is also a half bath on this level. The Master Bedroom with bathroom completes this level, with King Bed, large flat screen tv, his and her sinks in the bathroom and a large walk-in shower.
The roof deck is accessible from the 3rd level, offering amazing views of the beach and bay, perfect for sunsets. There are 4 lounge chairs and an outdoor couch on the rooftop deck.
The large outdoor patio (in the back of the house) is perfect for grilling and dining. There is a large outdoor shower/changing area directly behind the garage. On the back patio is both a weber gas grill and charcoal grill. There are 3 driveway parking spaces and 1 garage space. There is plenty of space in the garage for extra beach equipment and bicycles.
The house comes fully equipped with everything a family would need for a relaxing, fun vacation. Six beach badges and beach chairs are included with each rental. NOTE - no bed linens or towels are provided. (Local rental agencies can provide).
