This home was built in 2016 and has hardwood floors throughout with an open floor plan with 9' ceilings into the living room with gas fireplace and brand new 55" inch smart TV, which turns and looks into the dining area as well as new kitchen with center island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, central air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet access, outdoor deck on the first and second floor with lounge chairs for sunning and relaxing, front porch with lounge chairs, new outdoor grill and seating on a brand new patio. Outside Shower off the patio. Full wrap around Vinyl fence for security and piece of mind for families to play outside. A full bath and bedroom complete the first floor. Second floor has 4 other bedrooms including the master with full master bath. 2nd Floor Outside Balcony, in the front of the house, with entrances from the Guest and Master Bedroom.
In light of the recent Covid-19 epidemic, we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our guests. Our professional cleaning service will be sanitizing all areas after their standard thorough cleaning. We have also installed air scrubbers throughout the house to ensure that all contaminants are removed from the air and surfaces. Beautiful home, excellent location!
What a wonderful house! We had a great stay here with our parents and young children. Everything was as pictured, clean, and nicely decorated. The back yard was a huge plus as well- we got lots of use out of the grill! The location can’t be beat- easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shopping and fantasy island. Communication, check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

LBI Family Vacation
Great house on the ocean side of Long Beach Island. The main floor bedroom was great for my older parents. All the kids and other adults stayed upstairs. Open kitchen and living room was great for hanging out. It was nice to have towels and bed linens provided. Perfect house for families with young kids or teens.

Great house close to the ocean
We rented this house for a wedding we were attending in September and it was perfect for our family! Very clean and spacious!

Wonderful week
We had a great stay here! The house itself was in great condition and clean. You can hear the noise of the traffic, but the beach is on the same street (2 minute walk to sand) so it was acceptable! When we arrived the blinds in the bedroom were broken, so I contacted the host. He responded promptly and had someone come to fix it quickly. The man that came to fix it was very sweet. It's a great location, close to Bay village and Fantasy Island. The only improvement/suggestion I have for the owner is to add a firepit in the backyard since there isn't a pool. Adding a firepit or string lights would make this magical. I recommend and would return!

Overall, very pleased with this beach house
The house was updated and clean. Owner was nice and a pleasure to work with. The location is a very easy walk to the beach with was great. The beach was ideal - plenty of space for everyone. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic from the main road inside the house (though at night it is pretty quiet).

LBI family getaway
The house accommodated our two adult children, their spouses, 4 grandchildren and us, the two grandparents. Everything was clean and in order when we checked in seamlessly. The fenced in yard was a boon to the young children and the location near the beach was wonderful. There is some street noise as one side of the property is on Long Beach Boulevard but the traffic dies down at night so the sound did not interrupt sleeping. Nicely equip residence. We had a blast!
