An easy walk to the grocery store and Skipper Dipper Ice Cream shop. Free and easy access at the end of the block to the bay for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and has the convenience of central AC, an outdoor shower, washer and drier, Smart TV, Wifi, plenty of parking and it's pet friendly! Whether you are a beach lover or not, the House, the Neighborhood and all that the rest of this awesome Island have to offer will make for a perfect vacation and get away!
The house is professional cleaned after each rental. The cleaning service is taking extra precautions to insure the safety of guest by disinfecting the whole house, but with that in mind check in and check out times need to be strictly enforced.

Wonderful stay!
We had such a lovely stay at this spot! We had coffee every morning on the wraparound deck and drinks out there every night. And it was such a great location. Five minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to Skipper Dipper and right across from Brighton Beach Surf Shop. Close to Acme and Wawa if you needed something last-minute. Also, beautiful floors in the house! Can't wait to stay there again.

Fabulous Vacation Home in a Great Location
This house was perfect for our family of four's needs. I lived on LBI for 22 years and have visited with my family for another 23. This house was a great value and in a great location and very clean upon arrival. The description in the ad is very accurate. Make a right and 8 short blocks to the Skipper Dipper (very good ice cream place) or 9 short blocks to the Acme supermarket. Make a left and you are 3 short blocks from Kubel's Too Tavern and Restaurant or Pinky Shrimps. Tim, the new owner, was very easy to work with and made the process seamless. Great customer service. The unit is also a short walk to the very large beach and an even shorter walk to the bay at the end of the street. I would highly recommend this house to family, friends and anybody else that wants a great relaxing vacation at the beach.

GREAT VACATION ..
My family and I had an amazing vacation.. The owners were so nice and we are thankful they allowed us to stay at their home. The house was perfect for us -- we are a family of 4 and we also brought down our puppy. The set up of the house was great -- very roomy and spacious , very clean and the location was amazing. My favorite part of the house was the wrap around deck -- we loved sitting there and just relaxing and enjoying the moment. Our puppy loved lounging out with us on the deck also. So very peaceful !
The location couldn't be any better -- the bay and the beach were both so close. Many restaurants and the grocery store all within walking distance.
Our favorite dinner while we were there had to be Pinky's Seafood -- amazing food ,friendly service and so close to our house.
We totally recommend staying at this home and we would love to come back again !!!

Super clean and comfortable!! 4 minutes to beach access - loved it!
The house is super clean and comfortable. Just a four-minute walk to either the beach or bay. Lots of space inside the house and love the front porch. (The front porch is a great place to sit at night and enjoy the breeze from the water.) The back yard is enclosed so a safe place for our dog to run around without worry. Plenty of parking (two cars can park easily under the house out of the sun). Close to the grocery store, bar/restaurant, a great sandwich shop and an ice cream parlor. The beach was great - just bring plenty of sunscreen. Entry from our street was right at a life guard stand. And there is a great sand bar that extended out a good way allowing us to wade out in knee deep water for quite a way. Home owners are great - quick response to questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Beach House
This is a wonderful beach home located in one of the best parts of LBI! It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. The owners are super friendly and easy to work with. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The open concept is great for family time and the front deck is perfect for evening happy hour overlooking the bay. The couch is amazingly comfortable and could double as an extra bed if needed. We loved the central AC for the really hot and muggy nights. Lastly, it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog along with us on vacation rather than having to board her for a week. We're looking forward to staying here again in the future!
