Description
An open concept spacious home makes for a tranquil family gathering. Northern location - a short walk to life guarded beaches with parking and bathroom facilities. New for 2018 - new bulkhead, docks, salt water pool, and landscaped fenced in yard. We are also close to tennis courts and a few blocks from the LBI Arts Foundation which has programs for all ages, from morning camp for younger children, daily yoga classes, pottery studios and various art events. we provide 4 bicycles for a short ride to explore Barnegat Lighthouse and nature area, Viking Village Shops, Cassidy Fish Market, Poppy's Ice Cream Parlor, Mustache Bill Diner and fishing boat marinas. We have our own private dock, so you can bring your boat or use our two kayaks, tubes and stand-up paddleboards (w/ life vests) to explore the lagoons and bay. Our home is an easy ranch layout. Four sliders lead directly to the outdoor space and pool. Many sitting areas with decks, 2 outdoor showers and outdoor dining area. Home theater with surround sound and SONOS for streaming music indoors or outdoors from your personal device. Enjoy all that lagoon life has to offer!

Policies
Since we are on the lagoon - we prefer older children. Although yard is fenced, younger children require supervision.

Great House! Great Location! Great Owners! Great Stay!
We had an amazing three weeks in LBI! The house could not have been better for our family. The owners thought of every detail. We were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket, everything was clearly labeled and explained, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a great stay and the place was immaculate. The heated pool and location on the bay were a delight and the proximity to Viking Village was incredibly convenient. When we had questions, the owners were very responsive. The bedrooms were all very comfortable for our family of four and we had enough room a friend or two on top. We hope to be back!

Perfect house for us
This house was perfect for us - wonderful location on the lagoon with a beautiful pool. The outside was wonderfully landscaped and had different areas for dining, sunning and just hanging. They had so many toys for us to use in the lagoon. Having the bikes there was a real bonus. The house itself is lovely ... plenty of room for all of us. Brenda was wonderful to work with. We can't wait to go back next year!

A True Gem
This was our second year renting from Brenda and Nick and are already planning our return for next year. Their home is beautifully appointed both inside and outside. The backyard is perfect place to relax after coming back from the beach with a pool surrounded by lovely landscaping, making you feel as though you're at a private resort. Inside is bright and spacious. As soon as you enter, you know it is a well loved home.
We can't say enough what a wonderful rental this is in Loveladies.

Highly Recommend this Beautiful Home
This home is immaculate and well appointed. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and feels like a high end resort. Sellers include kayaks, bicycles and other extras which you don't typically find with other rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home!

5 star rental
This is the second year we have rented from Brenda and Nick. Their home is equal to a 5 star resort. They have everything you need inside and out. The backyard is the crown jewel with a pool, lagoon view, beautiful landscaping and enough seating for the entire family. Just bring your suitcases and unpack.The house is spacious and comfortable. Brenda and Nick are fantastic hosts, they do everything to make sure your vacation is perfect. Looking forward to renting again.

Amazing rental
This is an incredible, beautiful home to rent in Loveladies. As beautiful as the house is on the inside, the outdoor area is more spectacular. There is a pool, incredible landscaping, numerous seating, outdoor dining area and a new weber grill, all on a canal and a close walk to the beach. The Rizzo's have thought of every amenity possible, too many to list. We might be shooting ourselves in the foot with this review, as hopefully we will be able to rent this home again. Thank you Brenda and Nick you have an amazing home.

Backyard Oasis
This is the second year in a row we stayed at this house. The backyard is picture perfect. It’s absolutely a great place to relax during the summer. It’s a bright, cheerful house. We plan on coming back again. In short, this is an ideal spot to celebrate summer and enjoy a an oasis in LBI.

Our Forever Rental
We loved our two weeks at Brenda and Nick's gorgeous home. Great to have the outdoor activities that were provided. Our grandsons loved swimming in the pool and kayaking in the lagoon. It was wonderful dining outside for all our meals in their beautifully landscaped patio. It's an ideal location on a nice quiet block.
It was such a happy surprise for us after owning our own home on a lagoon for 35 years to continue our traditions in such a warm and welcoming house. Before we left, we took a vote whether we should rent here again and it was a resounding unanimous YES.
